Description of Work: Inspected my 23 year old HVAC system. Recommended replacement as cost to repair was high. This was not a surprise and something I was considering any way. Although they came 1 day after a promotion ended, they honored that discount in my purchase of a new system which is scheduled to be installed soon.

Description of Work: They replaced my old furnace. It went very well and they overwhelmed us with their service. Another company could not fix our broken furnace and left us without use of it for almost a week until they could come back and install a replacement. I called Anthony and they had a salesman at my house late on a Friday afternoon with only a 2 hour notice. He got me set up with a loaner furnace the same day, and installed my replacement within a week. On top of all that, their cost was $1500 lower than the other companies quote for the same furnace. Each of their service people we met was professional and friendly. Their work was excellent - installing the loaner, removing it, installing the new furnace and removing all of the mess. My basement was cleaner when they left than it was before they started working. Overall I would recommend them to anyone. Even if their cost is a little higher, the service and confidence that they will make things right is worth the cost.

Description of Work: Serviced two furnaces. They were nice and seemed professional. My only complaint was it took longer than I expected.

Description of Work: We took advantage of a special $39.00 furnace tune-up that was available through Angie's List. I believe the regular price is $119.00. Best $39.00 I've spent in a long time! Our technician was prompt and very polite. He was thorough. In fact, for years I have been complaining that I did not think the humidifier was working properly. Other technicians from other companies would just turn the knobs and declare it was fine. Without even mentioning this, Gage (the tech from Anthony's) opened the humidifier and immediately asked how long it had been since this unit was cleaned and the filter in it replaced. Of course, since I did not know I was supposed to be doing this, I had to admit it had been years! He showed me how to take the unit apart and replace the filter. He gave me flyer with the exact filer I need on it as well as replacement instructions and pointed out the website where I can go to buy them. He made sure to answer all my questions and take care of anything else I needed. An excellent experience overall.

Very pleased. So much so that I signed up for their ASAP plan. I have every confidence that I will not regret it....like I did with 2 other maint program providers in the past.
