Description of Work: They re-checked my humidifier (which they had done with my fall service of my heater) and explained how I could adjust it to perform the way I wanted it to. There was no charge. It is worth it to pay a tiny bit more for my annual performance checks with Anthony. They get me in exactly when I want an appointment and are very responsive. If I had had someone checking my sump pump all along, our basement would never have flooded.
