I loved everything about them: the salesperson, the technician, the customer service people, everything was awesome.

It went fairly well. They got everything installed and after they finished they had a leak to repair. It was a little bit irritating because the guy told me that they were going to come out a day or two later at a certain time and it ended up that the guy didn't come at the time he said he would. I guess his alarm didn't go off and I ended up having to give a key to my neighbor to have them unlock the door. Otherwise I have been pretty pleased with the system. The guys that actually came to do the installation were good. I had to call the guy that was supposed to give me the estimate several times to get the estimate. It took more than a week to get the estimate.

Called early Saturday morning because furnace had not been coming on properly. Able to schedule a morning appointment and technician was on time or even a little early. He quickly identified problem (a problem with a sensor on the furnace) cleaned it and stayed around a while to make sure it was functioning properly. Also explained a bit to my husband (I wasn't there at the time) about possible future problems with our ancient furnace and what to be on the lookout for. Work was done for only the standard service call charge - very reasonable. Will definately consider them again for any heating/cooling work!

Rodger was prompt, courteous, and did a good job describing the problem and what he proposed to do. I felt the price was fair given the emergency nature of the call. My husband was impressed as well. We'll definitely use Anthony again.

There was only a single installer. He was courteous and really careful with the work. He did a really thorough job, and we were very pleased with him.

They were excellent. I would recommend them to people. I received several estimates for the job. Their price was in the middle. It wasn?t the most expensive or the cheapest. They had better service and some other stuff that they were offering was a little different from others. I liked everything they did. I said go ahead for the project on Friday. They were there the next Monday and they completed the job by Monday night. They removed the old one. I would definitely hire them back.

They gave good advice about the unit.

It went well. I received two other bids from highly rated companies on Angie's, and Anthony's bid was highest, but I was really impressed with the service. Mike Treas was my contact and he spent a lot of time answering all my questions. Before he recommended a furnace he performed a detailed calculation to determine the correct size furnace for my house, which is smaller than most. He recommended a smaller furnace (even though it was slightly less expensive) because it was the right size. The other companies simply recommended replacing what I had with the same size, which would have been more expensive for me in the long run (a larger furnace would have been constantly cycling on and off) and make the house feel less comfortable. The other companies weren't trying to gouge me, they just didn't go to the trouble of doing the actual calculation to see if the existing furnace was the right size. Apparently this is not unusual, companies typically just replace the existing furnace with the same size. The tech who did the install was prompt, professional, and very conscientious. I was impressed. On the downside I had to sit through a sales pitch before he gave me his bid price; they're very proud of their technicians certifications and the fact that they are all drug tested, background checked, and very service minded, but the sales pitch got on my nerves a bit. I was able to haggle down the price a little bit (they were offering very specials and had an Angie"s list discount) but the price was still higher than the others. That said, I think I got a very good value and a solid installation from a very reputable company.

Our basement standup shower had a leak in the base. Chris Armor came and gave a detailed estimate the following day. Chris was punctual, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He is an asset to your team. The work was completed by him within a week. It was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend Anthony Plumbing H&C to anyone. Thanks.

Called company to request technician to look over furnace at home. They determined that the furnace needed to be repaired. I was told to contact the sales department to set up an appointment to look at the measurements of the furnace, etc. 2 days later I was given a quote on the furnace and told that they needed to install a chimney liner and pipes. A couple of days later, they came and installed the new unit.

I have a service agreement with them. They are pretty trustworthy. I trust them to do the work and not overcharge me for doing it. They are very responsive; I can call them and they will send somebody over. Their prices are fair.

They were not cheap. They were pretty responsive. They came in quickly which was very good.

The plumbing manager, Randy, showed up on the day of the install with one of his plumbers, Roger. They both jumped in and started working as soon as the trenching company arrived. The locating service had not arrived as they were scheduled to, but other than this all went well considering it was a very hot day and we dug through a under ground drain line for the rain gutters. The plumbers and excavating company repaired the drain lines and the job was completed. they all did a great job and I would use the company again.

Very punctual and professional. Pipe needed to be replaced. I was floored by the price. Especially since it did not even take an hour to diagnose and fix. Since I had to pay the call fee no matter what I choose to go ahead and have the work completed. The plumber did take the time to label all my pipes.

I have been using Anthony's for regular A/C maintenance for over 2 years. Extremely professional, knowledable, and punctual on every occassion. In this case, my old A/C completely died and needed to be replaced. They expedited the installation of my new unit and work was done as promised. They left my house and yard as clean as before their work.

We interviewed two companies and allowed a salesperson to come and tell us about their products and services. Felt that the Anthony sales person was completely honest and understand our wants as well as our homes needs. The 1st company gave us an estimate that evening before he left. Anthony's came back a week later with an estimate that was not only lower, but met the requirements we established for government rebates--the first company fell short doing this meaning they were going to sell us a higher priced unit that fell short of govt expectations for rebates. Install was timely and professional. The owner even came out and did some install work as well. When is the last time you seen an owner get out frombehind the desk? The install person took great care to cover our carpets and was respectful of my wife and home. I researched HVAC using Consumer Reports and found that more important than the unit itself was who installs the HVAC. I feel completely satisified with Anthony's Plumbing & Heating. Highly recommend!

Our A/C went out on Saturday afternoon during very hot weather. We originally called another company and left a msg on their machine, but didn't hear back from them. So we called Anthony Sunday morning about 8:30 am. A human answered the phone and told us they could get somebody out that day between noon and 4pm. About an hour later, a tech called and told us they were about an hour away from arriving. Apparently the tech (Pat Williams) wasn't on call that day, but saw our call come in and took it upon himself to help out since the other techs were busy and he was closer to our location. He was there and had the problem fixed by 11:30 am, even earlier than they said they'd be able to show up! The part was on the truck (a capacitor went out) and he knew immediately what the problem was based on our description and list of things we'd checked before he got there. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! We were very happy with the service and will definitely keep the service tech's card handy for when we need HVAC work done in the future.

It was the eve of the 4th of July and they were swamped so their call center support person who was not a technician walked us through 3 check points to see if the problem could be fixable over the phone. What we found was that the furnace switch had been accidentally turned off causing the a/c to get turned off. The other service provider we called was also swamped but their call center was not helpful at all.

When it was time for the appointment, we were in the middle of a family emergency. The receptionist was very kind and helpful and we were able to reschedule the appointment. When they came to our home the technician was very clean, nice and helpful. They did the full tuneup on the furnance and A/C. There was an electrical part out. He showed me the bad piece and we replaced it. He only charged me for the part, and not additional labor for a 5 second job. I really appreciate that. He was also able to verify that the garage heater lit properly and write it up on the paperwork for our buyers. Again a 5 second job that he included in the original fee and didn't charge extra. They also called the next week to get feed back on our customer satisfaction.

They repairmen replaced an amp. It turned out that the amp wasn't the problem. There is a $69 fee just to come out, and they waived the fee to come out again. They have an electrician on staff who came out and fixed the problem. They had the problem fixed in less than 24 hours, and they took very good care of me. They let me keep the amp free of charge.

The experience with Patrick from A.S.A.P. went really well. He was friendly and identified the problem quite quickly. He used shoe covers when walking in and out of the house and he listened well as I described the issue we were experiencing with the unit.

i sent e-mail on a sunday night and one half hour later i get a call and they showed up next morning and diagnosed and fixed the problem, bad bearing in fan, and the guy, Dale, was very good. I was very impressed with this responsiveness and his abilities. he is a professional for sure. It took him 45 minutes to replace fan motor and get the system running again. Their prices are on high end but aren't they all. It is at least comforting the know i am not wasting my money. Rich

Went very well. Steve called the house well in advance of arriving and showed-up right on time at 8:00 am. He was very professional and respectful of my house. He always put-on plastic boot covers before entering my house, which he had to do repeatedly during the process. Steve proceeded to inspect both the A/C unit and my furnace. It was a very thorough inspection, not just a simple check of the coolant level. He repeatedly had to go in & out of the house, up & down the basement stairs to the furnace. He explained information that I didn't necessarily understand about the system and recommended that I replace the capacitor. While I was under the impression that my A/C unit was very old and probably needed to be replaced in the near future, Steve explained that it was working well and didn't necessarily need to be replaced. He also discussed dual-zone options for my furnace that would help to cool off the house better and save money on utilities. He also took the time to run a free "cool homes" test to see if I qualified for a rebate from KCP&L towards a new A/C unit. Finally, he helped me schedule an appointment to have someone discuss dual-zone features for my house. Once everything was done, the final bill was 3x more than the original tune-up service due to the replacement of the part. While I'm not upset about the price, I rated their prices as "fair". This is simply to state that they're probably more expensive than others, but I just want readers to know that it was very good service. The money definitely wasn't wasted and I got what I paid for. I would recommend them and I will likely use them again.

-They are top notch. They cleaned up after themselves. They showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. They are very responsive. With the maintenance agreement, I have priority and I can call anytime and they will have someone here within an hour. I have no complaints at all.

They were very good about giving us a clear assessment of our Heater. The technician was very nice. He was professional and his assessments are clear and competent.
