Description of Work: Expensive! They bid on a complete replacement of the heating and cooling, heat pump system in my house. They did a great job of professionally bidding the job, but were about $1,500 more that another vendor that priced the exact same (size and manufacturer) equipment. When told that they were way over, they refused to reduce the bid. Needless to say, they lost.
