Very well! The man who came out to measure our home and recommend the correct size units was wonderful. The crew that installed the units were excellent too - they worked efficiently and showed us everything about the new furnace and ac unit. They removed all the old units and parts and left our home as clean as before they were here. They also explained that we will get a notice explaining how to contact the city so that someone from there can come out and do an inspection to be sure everything is up to code standards.

The installation crew of Drew and Tanner was outstanding. Very professional and knowledgeable. Drew explained everything he was going to do and always answered my questions promptly. Definitely did a high quality installation. The work area was left spotless. An outstanding crew.

Jesus, the Anthony technician was terrific. He and his assistant were efficient and left the work site better than they found it. Jesus spent time explaining the installation and giving tips on how the Nest thermostat could be used beyond simple temperature control. Thanks!

Jacob Wooten arrived on time! Went over what he was going to do for the job before starting. Informed me what he was working on at several points of the day. Specifically pointed out how terrible of a job was done previously! Packed dirt down and reseeded my lawn I was very pleased with his customer service! Would definitely do business with Anthony's for all my houses needs!

The sink had very thick and longtime build-up that was mostly clogging a big section of pipe and not able to be opened with a "snake". Several feet of pipe had to be removed and replaced. Once the occluded piece was removed, Kyle showed me the ends of the pipe after it was removed and why just trying to shift the caked in debris wouldn't work in this case. I appreciated him showing me (including some photos, as I have a crawl space) along with explaining so I had a better understanding. He was considerate in explanations of the work, wearing a mask, punctuality and in cleaning up after.

Found tree roots but could not get unclog .Sending out camera inspection .

It went well, they were very professional and got the job done.

They charged me for a wrong diagnosis. $182 and I had to call another person to get it fixed. All they wanted do is sell a new furnace and AC. I would not have paid the $182 but at the time they were the only ones I had been able to get to look at it.
