Anthony Plumbing called me back quick and got me scheduled when I needed the work done. Jeff and his apprentice showed up when they said they would and got to work right away. Jeff was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a few ideas of how to fix some other items while he was there. He made the job of hooking up the plumbing look easy. I did pay a premium but then again other service providers didn't even call me back. I think you get what you pay for with Anthony.

We have a contract with them. We have a monthly agreement with them. We've been very satisfied with them. They've always been very nice.

Service charge $89 just to come out. That doesn't get you anything other than someone coming to your door. Tech augured toilet and could not get loose whatever was in there so with my $25 Angies list coupon my bill was $163 to come out and to auger toilet for 5 min and I still have a clogged toilet. Offered to install a new toilet for $873 in which I passed. Tech was super nice but the price seemed outrageous. Husband is mad that we paid $165 for 5 min of work and we still have a broken toilet. My fault for agreeing to price. Rated a B because tech was nice and professional.

Service was fantastic. Technicians were prompt, courteous and professional. They took the time to make certain everything was done properly, consulted with me periodically, and explained everything they did.

They have been very good. We're on an even payment plan with them. We pay so much a month and then they do annual check ups on everything. If we need anything they're here within 24 hours. There is no cost because we're on their monthly plan. We've used them for several years. They're very good about coming out after hours or even the holidays. They take very good care of our furnace and air conditioner on an annual basis. They are good people to work with.

Can't say enough good things. They not only fix but provide an experience. Worth it trust me...

They promised a free furnace with the air condition. I had gotten three quotes for exactly the same system and their quote with the free furnace was higher than one of the other quotes I had gotten for the exactly the same system. We did not use them. As I remember, he was kind of high pressure. We ended up going with another company who used a subcontractor locally. The guy was kind of rude. The price was average even though they were advertising a free furnace. They were pretty responsive as far as getting out here. They came at the appointment time. I don't remember them being late or anything. The guy was pretty high pressure and rude.

Stephen was clean, on time, professional, and very courteous when he replaced my thermostat. Took the time to configure and set it up. Very good company

Everything went great. They came out Sunday morning and had the pipe repaired and water turned back on by 1:00 pm or so. I was pleased with the service. it was a bit pricey, but that's what you get for breaking a pipe and asking somebody to fix it on a Sunday.

It was great from the start with Bryan from sales to Juan and Quinten who did a fantastic job installing it. They explained everything in detail.Bryan then called to check after the install to see how everything went!

Just one person came out to perform the service. They left the area clean with they were finished.

Renewed my yearly contact that includes heater and air conditioner service so that also makes my plumbing a priority. Allowed same day call. Sent details in Internet request but had to call on phone, too about noon. They couldn't give a time but called 15 minutes ahead and plumber came about 3:45. Don cleared out root blockage but when it still had some slowness when we were talking he unpacked and went back to work. Cleared 3 gallons of roots out all the way to the street.

We've had good experience with them. They honored the Deal amount that we paid because the air conditioner Deal had expired so they honored the amount that we had paid and put that towards the heater tune up. They worked with us. I felt like they were very cooperative and they did a good job. The price was fair.

Great. This was the second place I called for service. The first place told me couldn't come out until next week. Called Anthony, the rep was very friendly, she gave me the "what to expect" speech. I thought, "too good to be true". About 5 minutes later the dispatcher calls and the plumbers are on the way. Awesome. They show up, diagnose, give me the quote and I said go for it. Disposal out and new one installed in less than 15 minutes and took my card payment on the spot emailed the receipt and we were done. You get what you pay for sometimes and in this instance it was worth it.

We hired Anthony to clean and inspect our air conditioner (heat pump). We thought they did a great job and would have given them all A's in our review for that service. This winter our heater quit working. We called Anthony's. I really don't think the tech knew what he was doing. First the problem was one thing, then he added an indoor panel, then he added an outdoor panel. Pretty soon our bill was going to be about $1600! He said it would be very unusual for both panels to go bad and he would talk to someone else at his company and get back with us on Monday. In the meantime we had a knowledgeable friend look at it and he got our heat working quickly and easily with no replacement parts. Anthony's was not welcome back in our home after that. Fortunately they didn't follow up with a bill either.
