Process was smooth and professional. I was very impressed/ Replacement unit was installed next day despite being busy season.

terrific - installed in one day and verified everything worked properly - salesman and installers very courteous - provided paperwork to verify everything they discussed with me - did a great job of cleaning up - gave me 2 free carbon monoxide alarms - gave me instructions on the use of all equipment and answered all my questions - and lastly I just got a dozen chocolate chip cookies in the mail! Will certainly call them again if I need them and will refer them to anyone I know who might need their services!

The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. They had the new HVAC system installed in two days. They worked with me on getting the rebate applications filed. The workers were friendly, knowledgeable and fast.

I'm part of their plan where you pay a certain amount each year, and certain things are included in that. I don't remember exactly how that works. I pretty much am satisfied with everything they do and how quickly they do it. Obviously, anything could be cheaper, but I think it's a good value for the money spent.

I was VERY low on coolant... But have no obvious leak. They came, ignored the fact the power to the outside unit needed repaired and just filled up the coolant. I had to have someone come out later for yet ANOTHER fee to fix the wire.

My husband said he would never use them again and they were way overpriced. They were like twice as expensive than our neighbors for the exact same thing.

They were very good and thorough on checking everything. There are a lot of competitors out there. The price was average. They were on time.

The appt was scheduled for anytime after 3. They arrived about 3:30. Jeff and his assistant looked at what the problem was, came up with solution and price quickly. The price was within the range that Angie's List gave me. They repaired what I had broken and made an improvement on a connection. Overall I was very pleased with the knowledge, work performed and price. I also very much like the text message they sent when Jeff was on the way. The text also included a picture of the technician that was coming. I would use Anthony Plumbing with no hesitation next time I have a plumbing problem.

The appointment went well. Anthony always sends a knowledgeable technician and they were on time and very helpful.

It was more than I expected. It was pretty expensive but he had to replace 2 parts. He gave me a quote and he explained to me why he wanted to do what he did. He gave me the choice if whether to do it or not and there were no issues if I didn't want him to do it. It didn't take that long but he did have to go get the parts. He made sure to turn the water off and it didn't take long at all.

The A/C tech Chris Frazier showed up. I told him that besides the cooling issue, the thermostat backlight wasn't working. He said it could be the batteries. He asked if I had spare double AA batteries, and I did. After switching the batteries, the thermostat had an LED message of "OFF". Chris declared that the thermostat had failed (although it was working until he touched it) and it would take $282 to replace. The thermostat, an Aprilaire 8444 retails for about $40 all over the internet. I called immediately after the service call to voice my displeasure with the "gouging". My call was not returned for 8 days. When the service manager called, he argued with me, saying that's the standard price in KC for a thermostat replacement, ignoring the idea that it never needed to be replaced. The refrigerant refill was priced at $140 per pound, and because it went over a pound, they had to charge me for 2 full pounds even though they're pulling from the same cannister. I don't understand a company that will blow off maybe thousands of potential dollars in future service, and maybe more in negative advertising so that they can make a quick steal for a couple of hundred dollars. I will never use them again.

Not satisfied. I feel the technician arbitrarily came up with a price - considering it turned out to be a simple 20 minute job – could’ve done it myself but was at work. It's summer time - 90 degree heat - I'm going to need my A/C up and running so they guy probably felt he had me by the groin. Even as ASAP members since 2014 - they still charge a $98 fee just to get a technician out to your house regardless if you have any work done. IMO, as ASAP members, service calls should be free or at least they should waive the fee if you have work done the same day. My parents have been using them for many years which is why I started using them and I've had a lot of things done including some rough in plumbing put in for a downstairs 3/4 bath. I've paid them thousands of dollars over the last few years, but unfortunately, they've lost my business because of this simple job and why they wouldn't waive the $98 service fee. They were already scheduled to come out the next month anyway for an A/C tune-up as a perk for being an ASAP member! I’m paying $220 anyway to have this guy split 2 wires and wrap some foam insulation tape around it all. Just waive the $98 service fee because you were already scheduled to come out next month anyway. The scheduling lady I spoke with was your typical think inside the box call center personality. I thought the work the guy did was sub-par. I am fairly handy, but when I can’t get to a project due to time I have no problem with paying someone to do it, but expect it to be executed correctly. He wrapped the foam insulation backwards so it’s now more prone to water getting behind the adhesive part – the first thing I noticed walking up to it. I left a review to the company and asked for the guy to come back and re-wrap the tape, but my request was not returned. Have been a repeat customer for a little while and would’ve kept going with them, but they didn’t waive the $98 service fee as they should’ve, I didn’t like the guy’s work and my request for it to be re-done was never responded to.

The install went very well. Their price is considerably higher that of other quotes, however, Anthony's does include a 12 year parts/labor warranty on all of their higher end systems as well as guarantee that your bill is reduced by x% and that you'll be happy with the system. They were also one of only 2 providers that actually get a permit from the city. So, their price is higher, but it's got a lot of built in guarantees that you'll be happy & protected.

They were professional, punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, and completely competent. I acutally ended up signing up for a service agreement for my furnace and air conditioner each year.

Checked and cleaned system, said it was in good working condition.

We actually asked them for a quote. It took them several days to give us a quote, and there were no follow ups. There was no charge for the estimate. The punctuality was great when they came out to give us an estimate. We didn't use them because of how long they took us to give us an estimate, they told us they were busy.

Took more than one try at appointment - wrong service tech first time ( they are specialists in what they do)

Ryan was my sales rep. He was professional, thorough, and helpful informing me of options. They even applied for and acquired the permits, which another company I called didn't even mention. Chris was my installer. He was meticulous, thorough, and thought out carefully what would be the best installation for my 107-year-old house. He made suggestions, took his time problem solving, and came up with what I thought were the best solutions to all problems. One of the problems was getting enough A/C into the converted back-porch area on the 2nd floor. Because this ceiling was lower than the original ceiling in the room next to it, he couldn't just pop it through the wall. His idea worked perfectly. Chris had only a small access into the attic, and he had to bring up the units through a small window on what would be the equivalent of a 3rd-floor. He took the time to explain both systems as they were completed. When the city came in to do their inspection, he genuinely commented that both systems were very nicely done.

Perfect. While he could have up-sold us on a more permanent solution to the problem, he simply explained what COULD be done and suggest we wait to see if it clogs again before doing the more expensive repair. We really appreciated that and will remember them the next we need plumbing help.

I think most of these are the same. I'm comfortable with them and I think they're work is fine. They keep it working well. They're prompt and polite. Once a year, they have an appreciate day and if you are a member - they give a $50 gift card to a nice restaurant and flowers.
