Can not say enough good things about this company! We had a terrible experience with a company just days before. The guus at Anthony were amazing! We are referring any and all to them! So professional, detailed and compassionate. They went above and beyond for us. It was even garbage day and they brought both garbage and recycle bins back to the house!

Technician that came out was awesome and I would recommend him in an instant. Service visit was $89 with an additional $89 for the diagnostics (cutting hole in wall) to determine where the leak actually was. Upon inspection it was determined that the valve was where the leak was at. They left me an estimate for over $1,000 to replace. My jaw almost hit the floor. The Moen faucet/valve kit that they would use to replace it is about $100, throw a good valve kit in there for another $80 and the total price for parts would be under $200. $800 for 2 hours worth of work is well above average. I had another plumber come in and replace it the next day with a higher quality unit for under $400 total.

We have about a 20 plus year relationship for them dealing with my heating and cooling. They communicate well, for example if I call them this afternoon, they will ask me if I need them to come out right then or if tomorrow is okay.

I decided to delay the project due to cost.

Technician advised me of several things to be mindful of .. and gave me info on how to manage my humidifier more effectively. I so appreciated his information and thoroughness. Used Angie List coupon to reduce service call by $25.

I used them a few times as a trial basis and they did a wonderful job! I decided to commit to one company and signed up for the ASAP agreement. It is a very affordable deal and looking forward to more great service from this company in a few months when my furnace is ready for a tune up.

I've got a plan with him. They didn't charge for the visit. I have a service contract with them. They never miss a step. If they don't catch me one time, they make sure they get me and they come and check out my air conditioning and furnace, hot water heater and plumbing. All of this comes with the service. I get a discount if I have to have a service call. They all just seem to know exactly what they're doing. They have separate people for separate things. They're very professional.

The previous owner had them, so I just kept them. It was under my contract, but it was a charge. It was disconnected, but that was because I had a contract with them. I don't remember the price. The serviceman just went beyond the call of duty. He explained everything in detail. I think he had to make another trip, for whatever reason I don't remember. I just remember him being so knowledgeable and went step by step and told me what he was doing. I just was very impressed.

I've got a plan with him. I get a plumbing check every year. They didn't have to fix anything everything was fine. It's just the reassuring to know there no leaks. I don't think they found anything that needed repairs or anything, or new leaks. It's just kind of reassuring.

The A/c was 22 years old and the furnace 19 years old, it was time.

A service technician came and looked at my system and said it wasn't moving air. Then we saw that it was leaking MUCH more than I thought it was. The filter was sopping wet and adding to the problems. The coil was frozen to the point where it had expanded and cracked the plastic drain pan. The system was approximately 23 years old so I wasn't interested in putting a lot of money into it. The service technician called his office and a salesman was available to come that evening. He came and looked at the existing system, measured the house, then gave me 2 or 3 options at different price points and different levels of efficiency. I wasn't in a position where I could call multiple companies and get competitive bids before making a decision. I may have been able to get a cheaper system, but with their combination of specials and warrantees, I decided to go with Anthony. They could have come the next day but that wasn't a good time for me so we scheduled for them to come the day after that. They contact you and tell you who is coming and send you a picture of them. The crew that came to install my new system arrived when they said they would. They were quiet and efficient and finished removing my old HVAC system and installing the new 2-3 hours earlier than had been promised. Now my house is comfortable and I am happy to know that I have a service plan with Anthony if I have any problems.

We got started with them because we had a coupon. They are fine. They clean up after they are done and do not leave a mess.

I like that I can call them anytime. They have a 24 hour number that you can call them in the middle of the night. If it is really an emergency, they will send someone in the middle of the night or weekends or whatever. You know plumbing and that stuff never breaks during business hours. My interactions were great. They did a good job. They are there when they say they are going to be and they do good work.

They did a nice job. It was 93 degrees. The price seemed reasonable. They are fantastic. Within a day they were here. I have recommended them to several people.

Michael replaced the shower heads and repaired the two faucets in about an hour. He was great explaining what was needed, showing op5ions and completing the work. Great experience. I had used them for furnace and ac maintenance so I was familiar with their quality/service. They had a coupon through Angie's list plus coupons they g ad given me with previous services and a discount fi r being a loyal customer.
