Great! We first reached out to Anthony’s via online chat. They were very quick to respond. Ended up speaking to someone on the phone who booked a technician to come to our home that very day. mike was prompt, pleasant, and knowledgeable.

Lance was our technician and he did a great job. He carefully worked his way through an extensive check list and explained what he was doing as he went. Then he recorded his findings and sent them to me by email. We plan to invite him back to inspect our cooling system prior to the summer season.

Exceptionally well! The Anthony Technician was extremely thorough and conscientious. He completely explained everything he found in great detail, and offered us his professional advice for future issues if/when they occur. No "hard-sell" pressure to purchase anything extra, which was appreciated. Excellent experience, overall!

Jim was the most professional service technician we have ever used. I got a text message with his picture, telling me he was on the way to my home. He was prompt, efficient, and took the time to explain everything he did. Very pleased with this technician and this company!

Poorly, I had to call Anthony multiple times to get Technician scheduled on 11-24. When they finally arrived within 2 minutes he diagnosed the problem being the garbage disposal motor was allowing water to leak. This was on a disposal they had installed 3-4 years ago. When asked why this wasn't diagnosed previous week Technician became very defensive. I called Anthony's Management while was here who explained the options were to pay $500 for a new disposal, or $285 in labor if I purchased the disposal, or I could always wait another few days before they could send the original technician on site. After Anthony left, I called another plumber in KC we had used recently, who is coming today to install a new disposal (same model) for $285 including price of disposal unit and service.

Very good the plumbing technician Tyson did a great job. He courteous and very professional.

Everything went well. I was concerned that stool and/or tank would overflow. I have a contract with another company but they said they could not send anyone until Friday AM. I called Anthony and the lady was very nice and said they would get someone out today, they had a full schedule but would get someone here. Shortly after, Ryan was on his way. He checked everything out and explained everything in detail, which set my mind at ease re overflow. Decided to wait for Friday. Ryan was very polite, professional and knowledgeable and I was thankful for their service.

Excellent. Very professional technician who inspected everything, recommended replacing my filter (after showing it to me) and showed me how to use my thermostat to adjust humidity. He answered all my questions, was neat, and did the work in a timely manner. I have an annual contract for furnace and air conditioning inspections so my only out-of-pocket cost was for 2 new filters

Technician was very helpful and explained everything in detail. Let me know that it would possibly still function for a little longer but was at the high end of its amp pull and went up from last years check. Ended up deciding to replace the part since he was already out. I will have them out in the spring for my AC checkup. I use the ASAP service they provide which I highly recommend.

The guys were professional the whole time. Here by 8am and finished before 4:30 with a short lunch break. Couldn't be more pleased with the whole process.

I hate to give this low review. This is the First time I have used this company.They did the work but damaged my home in the process.At first when I made them aware of it and they sent a contractor to look and repair the damage.But the contractor never returned and the damage was not repaired.I have called company several times but no return calls.I have never been treated this way by any company.

Wonderful. Anthony HCP were such professionals from our initial call. An appointment was immediately set up and Robert made the sales call promptly to our home the next week. He was very informative and thorough in explaining what would be done with the installation of a new system. We learned so much that day! The actual install was done by service tech Chris who was unbelievable. We actually requested his work as I had received a glowing recommendation from a coworker that had used their services. So glad we went that route with Chris as he is such a meticulous and hard working employee. The work was done in two days and after he explained everything about our new system. We did not have one problem with any aspect of dealing with Anthony Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. I would highly recommend their services. Very friendly and professional company.

This is my go-to company. They have replaced my furnace/AC, completed hot water heater inspection, seasonal furnace/AC checks, and multiple plumbing repairs.

Anthony PHC installation of our Lennox gas furnace was Excellent! Could not have gone better. Gary McCoy and crew did an outstanding job. They were professional and respectful of our property. Other members of Gary’s team were Richard Brown, Trey Stultz and Caleb Corum. I would have any these Anthony Professionalas in our home again. My wife and I are totally pleased in every regard.

Comfort advisor Ryan did a great job assessing my situation and recommending a system that fit my needs. Really appreciate that he didn't try to "upsell" me like other companies have done, no pressure. Installers Derrick and Isaac were very professional, showed up on time, clearly knew what they were doing and didn't have to bring in 3 or 4 other people to figure out what to do as I've experienced with other companies. They worked hard, didn't play any loud music or yell or cuss the whole time (yes I've had other companies do all these things). They installed everything correctly and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anybody. Also I really like my new York Furnace, much quieter than my old one. And A/C is nice and cold and also very quiet. I did my research ahead of time, believed Anthony was a high-quality company, and they did not disappoint.

Jeff did a great job. He was very thorough. We are very happy with the services performed today. He needed to replace the humidifier filters.

The technicians, Gary and Richard, were friendly, efficient, and answered all of my questions while they performed their tasks. I highly recommend Anthony PHC if you need any HVAC or plumbing service.

They did not charge me for the new thermostat. My heater I bought about five years ago so I didn't need a new one. I think their price is probably comparable to most. It has been a long time since I have ever had to get anything like that. The last time I bought an air conditioner they were considerably less. I think they were probably okay for the price. They still have an incentive thing where if you get someone to use their service and they end up getting a furnace or air conditioner they will give you 5 percent of the cost of what you paid when you bought an air conditioner or furnace, like a refund.

Excellent. Technician was on-time and performed the system check quickly. Although the system is old, Tito let me know that it is working and the heat exchanger looks great. He didn't try to sell me that I needed to replace anything and gave me some recommendations on things I could do in order to keep the system running well into the future, including how I could bring my humidifier back into service myself, which I thought I needed to be replaced.
