My furnace was blowing cold air when I woke up one cold Monday morning. Everything with Anthony's was top notch, starting with the call I made to the company before 7 AM (which was answered by a real person), to Derek, the service man who called me less than 30 minutes later to say he was on his way. Derek arrived just after 8 AM and was very polite, friendly, and efficient. He explained everything he was doing, what he was looking for, and what the options were for correcting the problem. He gave me some education about the problem, which was very helpful. I'm very pleased with the company and with Derek-he did a great job!

Everything went very well. Lance is an excellent employee for Anthony. He is a very thorough technician and value his job and responsibility. Hydrant - used PEX and copper piping (press fit elbows and repair coupling) Copper pipe sections - new copper piping (press fit elbows and repair couplings) Work completed approximately 3-hours; new installation and repairs went as planned; very pleased with end result.

Every interaction with the company was great. Biff or advisor was very friendly and presented us with the best options that fit our budget. No up selling or pressure. Our installation technicians Daniel and Tony were incredibly friendly, efficient, and fast. They installed our whole system in four hours. The installation was the best I have scene in the four homes I have owned. They go above and beyond paying attention to the most minute of details. Anthony's was recommended to me by multiple coworkers and friends. In the future, I will do the same.

Very impressed with Stephen the technician. He spent time educating me on what the issue was, resolution, etc. We ended up having a second technician come out to further address the issue we were having with our heater. Our heater works great and we were very pleased with the quality of service provided and will definitely use this company going forward.

We had waste coming up through our basement floor drain. We had another company out on Saturday who cleaned out the main drain but didn't resolve the issue. On Monday, we called Anthony and they sent two guys out who cleaned the main drain again but didn't resolve the issue. On Tuesday, Anthony sent Tyson Hughes and he realized that nobody had checked the other clean out behind the washer & dryer. He was able to clear the clog from that area, which eliminated the problem. This issue was very hard to live with, and I am so happy that he was able to resolve it quickly. We'll be asking for him by name and recommending him to others. I'm rating Anthony B because it took two tries. It would be A if only for the second appointment.

Expert job with desired results. Can’t ask for more!

[*** Link removed ***] The guy arrived and proceeded to tell me that he had to shut the water off to the house to repair. I showed him to the basement. We showed him the location of the master valve in the yard. I showed him the basement where he located a pipe that came out of the wall and told me this was where the main came into the house, which didn't make sense to me as it was the back of the house, not the front where the street valve is. He told me that the valve on this pipe was frozin and there was no way he could work on the tub without replacing the valve on the line. 368 Dollars. He didn't have the valve on his "fully stocked truck" and we waited till the next appt. He came and did the work of replacing the valve. Then he calls me to the bathroom and informs me that the valve is irretrievably jammed and will not come out, he had a tool he was using from Moen and I recognized its function immediately as that of a steering wheel puller. He was just pulling on it and not using the tool as it is designed for. At this step he tells me that in order to repair this, they are going to have to replace the whole valve assembly and pipes and tear into the sheetrock for the "starting" cost of 800 dollars. Sooooo. With all the bad vibes I have gotten I went to the basement the next day and checked that valve. Guess what...? Nothing. Did not turn off the water at all. Obviously did not check his work at all. Just did this totally unnecessary work, he could have replaced the tub valve by shutting the water off at the street, not giving us the scare tactic of how that valve in the house (which it wasn't even) had to be replaced or we could face some serious issues down the road. So. I went to Menards, bought the valve and the exact same tool... came home, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS and had the valve out in 5 minutes without a hitch and the new one in in less than 2. So, they wanted and almost got 1200 DOLLARS from an 88 year old man to replace a valve that was NOT stuck, replaced a "faulty" valve that had NOTHING to do with the problem or the actual Inlet, (which I found on my own not 15 feet away, but what do I know, I am not paid to do plumbing work...) Never Again. Stand by for corporate apology: We are sorry to hear that we did not live up to your expectations. All of our work comes with a "100% guarantee that if you are not satisfied we will do whatever it takes to make it right". I doubt it. You were going to take advantage of us.

Super satisfied with the service provided by Shawn today! We had a broken pipe due to the freezing weather. Stressful situation for a homeowner and Shawn with Anthony Plumbing had our best interests at heart. Took care of everything within a few hours. Would highly recommend!

I called Tuesday morning at about 10am. Mike, a representative, was at my house at about noon and presented several options. We picked one and he scheduled installation by Juan and Alex for Wednesday morning. So, in less than 29 hours from the time we called we had a new system professionally, carefully, and courteously installed. I could not be more pleased.

It went very smooth, technicians were extremely professional and the job was finished sooner than I expected. The workings of the new system was explained where I could understand them. I love the new heating system--the house is more evenly heated and much more comfortable, especially having a workable humidifier on the furnace. Thank you Anthony PHA.
