Ryan was fantastic!. He arrived on time, was friendly, and took his time to explain what the issue was as well as possible fixes. At the time I had an inquisitive 3 year old, a crying 3 month old, and had no idea where my wallet was. I returned from my search to find Ryan entertaining my son like it was one of his own. My A/C works and my son believes he has found a new friend!

Great. They give you a 2 hour time window to expect a service rep. and give you a reminder call. They are thorough and honest. I highly reccomend them.

Excellent. Ryan diagnosed the fan motor and a couple of other parts on the A/C unit. He explained what he found, what a normal reading should be, what my options were, and had the defective part replaced in minutes. He also discussed what Anthony's yearly service program was, and I quickly took advantage of it. A super deal. I would definitely hire Anthony's Heating / Cooling again. By the way, Anthony's H&C was the second technician I had come out. The 'other' popular HVAC company didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. I'm glad I got a second opinion, even though I had to pay for it. Anthony's is well worth the call... and the service charge was $10 less than the other guy. No wonder they are rated the best.

We have a house which is fairly new but had the original temperature control utilities that were at the end of their lives. We brought out Anthony techs to check our A/C and got full estimates on what it would take to keep them running. Excellent service and awesome incentives with long term care for our equipment.

Wes solved a problem that was at least 3 years old. Damoers were not working. Price us fir two dampers, labor, etc. Honest and direct. Definately highly recommend.

The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the issues quickly. However I think the price was high. The problem is, when your air conditioner breaks down in hot weather you don't have the luxury of getting bids on the fix - nor can you afford to pay multiple service call charges to get a bid. Anthony's had the first available appointment so I selected them. They did a great job on the repair and the techs were friendly and professional.

The technician found the problem which was in the thermostat, and I gave him permission to install a new one. Everything works fine now. He checked the outside unit first and did not find anything wrong with it. I am very happy with his work.

Austin came on Sunday evening to check the problem. It seems the replacement part on an 11 year old furnace is very expensive. I elected to replace the furnace with a better brand. Two employees from Anthony were at my home early Monday morning to give me options. I have an appointment for 8 AM on Tuesday to have the new furnace installed. Every time I have called on Anthony Plumbing and Heating for an issue, they have solved the problem and I believe they are an honest company.

Our furnace went out over the weekend and we called on Monday morning and they sent someone out by 9AM that morning. He checked to see if it could be repaired and recommended replacing the furnace and offered to come back that evening so we could both be home to review the options. He spent almost 2 hours with us measuring and discussing the options and explaining the next steps so we could be sure we were choosing the right furnace. When the team came out to install the new furnace they were very friendly and were hard workers. They took great care to make sure they cleaned up their work area and went over everything they had done to make sure we were happy with their work. They even took the extra care to provide us with two carbon monoxide detectors to ensure our family's safety. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and professional and seemed to have our best interest at heart and it was a great experience.

Dave did an excellent job. He is professional, very knowledgeable and so thorough. The office and people contacting me throughout process from first conversation, deciding on plan, scheduling and follow thru were all outstanding. Thank you. I will continue to let my friends know.

We we are in our fourth year as subscribers to the Anthony Service Agreement Program (ASAP). As part of this service superbly capable technicians visit us at the beginning of each heating and cooling season to make sure our system is performing optimally. Today one of our favorite technicians, Lance, spent two hours checking out and cleaning our AC system. Aside from the knowledge and expertise Anthony technicians deliver, we routinely enjoy people of excellent character and demeanor. Lance is among the best in this respect. Aside from the high standards Anthony practices, this technician has personal performance standards that go the extra mile. We are pleased with the company and their employees.

Shane was wonderful. Us being 1st time home owners, he explained and showed us everything that was causing our problem and went out of his was to repair our hot water heater and stay within our budget. I will be requesting him for any and all further needs we may have. I can't tank him enough!

Ten minute job with the right tools.

I can't say enough good things about the team I worked with from Anthony's. From Jill E. who went the extra mile to contact me after I left a digit out of my phone number...to Bryan W. who calmly & expertly navigated me through the estimate process when I was extremely anxious & stressed about making a decision...to Juan A., Alex A. & Ramon C. who were so thorough & conscientious during my install...I am feeling very confident & comfortable with my decision to have Anthony's do my install. I had 4 different companies come out & got about 8 different estimates & went without heat for 6 days in Feb. (I was damned if I'd feel pressured into making a decision before I was ready & had done all the research I could) before settling on them...they won me over with their long history in KC, their excellent reviews online & especially the comfort specialist (Bryan) who provided me with the estimate and answered all my questions about it. I also very much appreciated the emails I got prior to each visit by an employee that gave me their name & photo - this is a great idea & shows just how considerate they are towards their customers. The one thing I read over & over again when doing research on a new system (my first ever time buying one & replacing one that had been in the home I purchased for 31 years) was that the systems are all about the same, the thing that allows them run to their potential (& barring any manufacturing defects) is a proper install...I felt Anthony's would do that for me & if anything did by chance go wrong they would stand by their work. time will tell of course but right now I'm feeling warm & happy with my decision...hope this will help someone else who finds themselves in a similar situation.

I called Anthony Plumbing and they were at my house within an hour. Quickly diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in less than an hour. Trey did a really great job

Anthony's was professional, courteous and kept us informed every step of the way. They gave us a range of options for dealing with the issues they found, and let us choose the one that was best for our needs. We had one issue with a broken water pipe fitting (NOT Anthony's fault), and they immediately called in two companies to clean up the water spill and repair all the damage - even thought it wasn't their issue. You can tell a lot about a company by the way they take ownership and do the right thing, and Anthony's certainly did that in our case. The quality of the finished work was top notch, and we would definitely recommend Anthony's to others.

My house is old and the "H" configuration of the sewer would not allow their equipment to safely do the job. The technician immediately told me there would be no charge for the evaluation and he asked if I was interested in getting an estimate to correct the sewer configuration to facilitate future service, as my current setup would have to be changed before a blockage could be addressed. Very proactive, in my opinion. The estimate to remove the "H" system and replace it with current lines was $2,100. If I have this professionally done, I will absolutely call them back to do the work for me.

Very well...the technician was very knowledgeable.

The first call went as expected. Stems were replaced and leak stopped. When the same thing happened in another bathroom a couple of months later, the serviceman said leak was due to faulty caulk even though we told him we thought it was the stem. We replaced all grout and caulk in shower and still had a leak. Even though Anthony said the service charge from initial visit would be carried forward if we needed them back, it left us wanting a second opinion. We had someone else replace the stem and leak has stopped.
