Jeff Stanwix replaced an old water heater and pressure reducing valve. Jeff was very professional, very efficient, left the area cleaner than he found it, and accomplished both installations in less time than estimated. Jeff is a tremendous asset to Anthony's. I couldn't be more pleased!

I have an annual contract with Anthony’s for tune-ups for the AC in the spring and furnace in the fall. During the furnace tune-up the attached humidifier wasn’t receiving water. That was repaired. The tech went above and beyond by using a vacuum to clean the electric filters. Kept me informed he went along and was honest.

The visit went very well. Our technician provided detailed answers to my question, found a reasonable solution to running the gas line to the garage, and had several suggestions based on observations during his walkthrough.

After 5 pm I had to message them that a technician had never contacted me at all the day I had an appointment. Once they received my message they sent someone right away. Chris was very thorough and since the issue was not easy to identify he offered to contact Nest thermostat people and do a little more troubleshooting before coming back again.

Called around 8:00 p.m., technician was here in less than 2 hours. Took care of basement flooding that night so we could sleep in peace!

Jason was wonderful! He did an excellent job and explained everything throughly. He went above and beyond what I expected. I will request him in the future.

Very well!! The technicians are very experienced and they always figure out what needs to be done on our unusual zoned heating and cooling. We decided to add wifi thermostats which work with Apple Kit, etc., and they are really awesome! We own Wynbrick Mansion, A Historic Event Venue, and simply must have everything working right! We have utilized other top companies in the past for estimates, but they were not as experienced and gave us exorbitant prices for things that we didn't even need. Then we hired Anthony's and were amazed at how informative their techs were. I am eager to see what transpires with our upcoming work on our boiler system. Thank You Anthony's!!

James did an excellent job! He checked everything on our system & made some good suggestions of things we should do. He was very nice & professional.

I was remiss I’m not asking the price of a sump pump replacement, so I had sticker shock when I heard the estimate. I needed the work done so I went ahead. Jody was punctual and professional and very friendly. He did a good and thorough job. Excellent clean up, too.

Great--we signed a year long contract. It includes some plumbing I believe.

I refused the service to be installed.

The air conditioner drain was clogged. We called Anthony Plumbing, Heating and Cooling and they came the same day to repair the problem. We were very happy with the the work and the tech Jeff. He checked the furnace and saw potential problems and at our request, replaced the parts.

It went great every step of the way. They are a great company and they trained their people well. I met not only person from the company but two, all them were trained-well. Great company to deal with and honest.

Tech responded not knowing issue. Said he didn't know what would cause it. Did a few test on unit. Then started to try and scare me with replacement part cost. He told me it would be cheaper to buy a new unit. Repair cost - capacitor $600, fan motor - $3000, compressor - $6000. Oh by the way a capacitor runs about $30 for the oem part. Don't fall for their scare tactics. I payed them almost $90 to tell me nothing of value and they left with out being able to fix the problem. I won't even get into there scheduling nightmare. I will never use them again.

It went great. Talking to a technician about new AC and furnace units was much more comfortable than talking to a sales person. The technician went into great technical detail between different units, advantages / disadvantages, what the difference in comfort would be, return on investment, and even payment options. The previous HVAC company company sent a sales person out to discuss AC units and pushed us hard to make a decision that day (which we didn't). I'm glad we didn't. The previous HVAC unit was $5K more expensive and they wanted to "finish up the paperwork before the end of the month". What about customer needs? There is a good reason Anthony's Heating and Cooling is rated the best. They are concerned about YOU, are very knowledgeable and professional.
