I am a long-time Anthony customer and monthly subscriber. Their prices are no bargain, but it's a first-rate run company. Their technicians are always prompt, polite and professional. The service performed today is included at no extra charge in the $15/month subscription fee.

Jody from Anthony PH&C Inspected my bathroom and the area around my furnace, but no plumbing problems were found. The smell is possibly from a dead bird in the roof vent. (I would have to call a general contractor to have that checked.)

We subscribe to ASAP service, which we have been so satisfied for many years, so satisfied that we purchased the ASAP service for our Daughter and her family.
