They didn't try and up sale bigger systems than I needed. The company has been in business since 1951 so I feel confident if there are any issues they will be around to address them. Upon entering my house he immediately put on boogies to protect my floors and carpets. He inspected all my kitchen and bathroom plumbing, as well as the connections to my washer, and all my outdoor faucets. Finally he inspected and drained my hot water heater. He was very courteous, professional, and did a great job. I have no complaints!

+ -1 moreEverything went well. They gave me a call about 30-minutes before the tech arrived, which gave me enough time to get home from work. He inspected/tested/cleaned the two furnaces and got the humidifier started. I had some concern about the dirty drain tubing from the humidifier, but it seemed to flow fine at the time he was there. However, the next morning, the tubing was blocked and water was leaking from the humidifier. I called the main number and they dispatched the same technician within a few hours to fix the problem for no additional charge.

+ -1 moreCracked connector was replaced and sealed pretty quickly with no more leaks. The plugged hot water problem was resolved with a nice flow. The problem was extensive but the technicians did a thorough job and solved the problem. They cleaned up their work area and were very pleasant.
Description of Work: Connectors to condensate pump were cracked and needed to be replaced to stop leak. Also hot water was barely running into bathroom sink because of thick debris caused by hard water.
