We did not end up getting the p-trap replaced because of getting new carpet installed in the basement tomorrow. Jeff suggested the option of installing a condensate pump, which saved our sanity since replacing the p-trap would have thrown so much of our plans off schedule for the upcoming weekend.

Took all day and unit still not fixed. Had a lot of bad parts from Lennox. Very friendly and knowledgeable guy.

A few months ago my parents had a slow drain in the kitchen. I, being a contractor, was very busy so I told my parents to go ahead and get someone to auger the drain expecting the cost to be under $100. They called Anthony. Someone came out on a Friday night and looked but done nothing. They kept promising to come out again but didn’t until Tuesday. My 80 year old mother was getting frustrated having to take dishes elsewhere in the house to wash. Dad was anxious to get it taken care of to please her. On Tuesday they came out and told them that about 5’ of pipe downstairs under the sink needed replaced. In desperation and without talking to me they agreed to let them fix it. The pipes were easily accessible and all the parts, pvc pipe and pvc cement, could be bought at any home improvement store for under $30. Anthony spent about 4 hours replacing the pipes and charged them $1600 after stringing them along for 4 days. That’s about $400 an hour. That’s outrageous. No plumber charges $400 an hour for an easy job. Anthony obviously preys on unwitting elderly in a bad situation. After I found out what they had done, I went to their office to give them a chance to correct it. They refused and didn’t even act like there could have been a misjustice. We made additional calls and gave them time to make this right and they would not. There is nothing right about charging an elderly couple on a fixed income $400 an hour for a plumbing repair. I wouldn’t charge more than $400 for that job. If Anthony would refund some money with an explanation and an apology I will post that they made it right. As it stands now I wouldn’t use this company now if they would do work for free.

I’ve been doing business with this company for years and I love them, Today it was very hot and they were very busy. There customer service dept are second to none!!! They are amazing!!! The technician was great. He was thorough, polite and very professional! I recommend this company to anyone 😃

Had a pipe break and flood a section of our finished basement. Kevin with Anthony showed up diagnosed the problem and then recommended a drying company. He called them and they showed right up. Seamless process.

Drain blocked under concrete basement and after one attempt at snaking it , decision made to jackhammer and replace drain. Ryan and Alex came to do this but first ran cameras and again attempted to clear drain, this time with success. Saved us thousands of dollars. Although we realize the drain is old and may need future work, we were grateful for their honesty and integrity today and will for sure call them for any future needs. Amazing!!!

Exception work by Gary and his associate. Came on time and did an exceptional job on the installation in an older home. This company is not always the cheapest but they are, without a doubt, the most professional and reliable.

Anthony Plumbing sent me a picture of the technician that would be doing the work (invaluable in this day of scammers & crime), arrived on time and wore shoe covers to protect my floors. He explained what service he’d be doing as he progressed. We have used Anthony Plumbing Heating & Cooling for years for a reason. They’re trustworthy, professional, back their work and we’ve never had a problem with any maintenance or repair they’ve done. Excellent company.

Very well! Our installer represented Anthony’s very well. He really understood the existing problem, and he and I thought a new water heater could not only solve the existing problem but prevent future problems also. He wasn’t pushy. I really like his sense of integrity.
