Anthony was AWESOME!! So helpful and explained everything so well!!

Loren arrived on time as scheduled. He did his problem analysis and determined the ball valve needed to be replaced in the wall. Loren had the tools and the parts to do the job during the service call. He cleaned up the area when he was done and checked the valve operation.

Everything went well. Chris was prompt and courteous. Accomplished the maintenance and went over the process with us. Everything was explained very well. Excellent service by Chris We are part of the ASAP Maintenance Plan.

Pointed out our toilet had disintegrating gaskets and would start leaking Sooners rather than later. We opted to replace the toilet as it was an older unit. Work was done quickly. Technician was great. Their prices are a bit on the high side, but we have used them for years and have always had good service and results. We are very satisfied.

Amazing! Josh was professional, and an overall fun and good person to work with. I called them at 4:00pm and they were at my house at 4:45pm the same day! Josh walked me through all of the steps and encouraged me to be with him while he completed his work. He verified the issue was fixed before he left and stated that the second technician would be at my house by 4:00pm the next day to scope out the drain to identify the root cause of the issue

The tech arrived on time and was very professional. He explained what he was doing and why. He also answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I have used Anthony for several years and have been very pleased with them.

Brayden arrived sooner than expected but gave a heads up phone call he was on his way, so not surprised. I Thought I had a clogged sewer pipe in the basement. Did a lot of testing but could get water to back up. Said that there does not appear to be any clogging issue. Gave me two optional estimates or quotes to either treat the drains or do a complete clean-out just in case, no pressure, said no thanks for now but we would watch and call we had evidence of clog. Said no charge. :)

It went very well, I got an appointment the same day I called, very knowledgeable and explain everything to me about the service.

The service provider was right on time. He was quick and efficient. The homeowner is elderly and I advised him he would need to speak loud and clearly so she could hear him well. He not only did so but also got down on his knees to be at face level with her in her chair, not towering over her talking down at her. He had a patient, kind demeanor and that was greatly appreciated! I definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them.

Craig was super competent and professional and willing to answer questions. I was really glad Anthony's was able to send someone so good out so quickly.

I never like spending this much money. I always have a lot of buyers remorse. That's just me. Honestly, i had none with this purchase. Brett who wrote up the bid, explained why he was recommending the equipment he did. I did some independent check and everything he told me was spot on. Richard installed my AC and Furnace. He was GREAT! explained everything well, made sure I understood what was going on and keep me informed as he went along (long day for them). In the end, I felt comfortable that I had good equipment (not top of the line because I did not want top of the line), but good solid equipment that was thoughtfully and carefully installed. They put an Anthony's sign in my front yard. I think I'll leave it there for a while. I'm very happy Anthony.

As always, Taylor was on time and got right to work. When we needed to add some refrigerant, he gave us a $20 coupon to help with the price. He is always polite and a pleasure to talk to and have in our home.

This company called us to resolve the issue we reported on 04/29/19. After much discussion, it was agreed to refund the $69 service call fee of the $252.27 total previously paid. We also agreed to update our review once the check was received. The check was dated 05/08/2019 but was not mailed until 06/12/2019 thus physically received 06/13/2019. They were true to their word as were we. We feel this company does good work but they are expensive especially if they feel additional work is required. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and courteous.

We've used Anthony for several years and have been a part of the ASAP program. The previous year was ok. The tech's came out on time, tuned up the A/c and furnace and suggested minor repairs which we agreed to. Once a plumber was needed to repair a broken sink sprayer and leaking pipe. He fixed the pipe and a very high cost despite our ASAP "discount". He couldn't figure out the sprayer and I ended up doing it myself before he had drven away. At our most recent A/c "tune-up" the technician almost immediately rattled off massive repairs that were needed that totaled over $5k. He had not looked at the unit for more than 5 minutes. So I had him get me some quotes on a new unit. These quotes came in nearly twice as much for the A/c only compared to 3 other bids from known/reputable companies that included the a/c and furnace. Additionally, the size of the A/c quoted by Anthony was far larger than the other 3 recommended for our house and larger than any other A/c in the neighborhood. I was satisfied with Anthony up until this most recent episode. I can no longer trust them. One comment about the ASAP program. It virtually saves you no money and does not get you faster service in any way.

Shane did a good job. He was very professional, explained everything he was doing, answered all of our questions, and had a great sense of humor. He also cleaned up after he was done.

I showed Chris where the leak was and he knew within a minute that I needed a new garbage disposal. There was no way to fix it and he had the exact one on his truck. It did not take him long at all to put the new one on. I will definitely use Anthony Plumbing and Heating again and I would request Chris. He was very professional.

Anthony’s always go above and beyond to endure excellent customer service and excellent workmanship. We have been working with them for 13 years and trust them to make the repairs with least cost to us with all options in the table.
