Excellent service. Austin was a consummate professional...was transparent and offered options but never tried to up sell. I was in a bind too...but he didn’t try to create fear or panic. They’re not my primary HVAC contractor but they don’t have weekend hours, which is why I tried Anthony. This experience may have me rethink who my service provider should be.

Well They identified the issue was due to improper electrical work performed by an electrician recommended through Home Advisor. The work performed was incorrect and the proper voltage was not going to the HVAC or dryer---120 was pushed to these units versus 220. Plus we found the work performed by the previous company was outside of code. Anthony provided the solutions and I am happy to say pleased with the options provided to correct the situation. I would highly recommend them for heating, cooling, plumbing or electrical work. They are excellent and very professional

8 weeks after Anthony Plumbing installed a furnance I was without heat on a day when the high was 34 degrees. The reason I was without heat was because when Anthony Plumbing installed the furnance they did not apply safe and correct settings which resulted in overheating the furnance to the point a safety feature turned on and shut off the furnance. In the time span of 10 weeks Anthony Plumbing has had to visit my house 8 times with multiple invoices citing previous techican errors as the cause. 15 business days after the last visit, Anthony Plumbing's only response is that they will only inconvenience me further with a 9th visit to my house. Unsafe installation, endagering my family, leaving me without heat, repeated service errors and antagonizing "customer care".

Mike was on time & very personable & knowledgable. He looked over my system & gave me a price on a new system. Hes a very good employee of Anthony.

Friendly, thorough and Great work! Plus, the company I used to refinish my bathtub who required I put my new faucet and drain BEFORE the refinishing work could begin broke my new drain and stripped my new faucet spout. Thankfully, Taylor from Anthony’s Plumbing came back today and rescued me from my nightmare caused by the bathtub refinishing company (I will separately write a review of that company). While the bathtub refinishing looks good, they ruined my new plumbing they required . So, a huge Thank you to Taylor and Anthony Plumbing!!

Exceeded expectations. Tech Dylan is very knowledgeable and thorough and professional. He and Parker impressed me with their initiative to identify potential problems - even took time to go into attic. I’ve done business with Anthony’s for many years to maintain homes and rental properties. Highly recommend them - unique business model.

Fixed the issue very promptly. Late afternoon issue with our furnace, on a very cold evening, and Gary was dispatched almost immediately and arrived within an hour. 30 minutes later, all done and feeling warmth once again .

We talked about purchase options: how to buy a good quality standard model toilet that doesn't clog up. My old one is rusted at the base and is difficult to clean. I have a very limited budget, so I have left a voice mail message with my loan officer at my credit union to cover the cost of installing a new toilet. Chris gave me the names of some good models that have parts that would not be expensive to replace as the toilet get older and parts have to be eventually replaced.

Not sure how to answer the money question. We paid for the service, but not for this trip. Stephen Morrill was our service tech. He was great, listened to my questions, explained what he was doing. Highly professiona. Even better, he was able to make our call earlier. We've had great luck with Anthony.
