The technician, Parker, was quite friendly and knowledgeable. In the past, all of the technicians have been excellent!!

Awful. Unit was working fine before the checkup, but after the technician left Friday it wasn’t. Icing on the cake is that when I called to complain they said it would be Sunday before they could fix the problem they created. And I’m an ASAP customer! Don’t buy the ASAP package!,, it’s a sham!!!

Eric found the problem, but has to order the part. Had a heavy duty replacement on the van, but it was $200 more, so we are waiting.

I was very pleased with the service technicians and their professionalism. They carefully checked the problem with my compressor and explained it to me before the work was done. They were extremely careful with Covid-19 protocols and I felt safe while they were performing their work.

Anthony's always does a great job when performing maintenance on my HVAC system. The tech wore a mask and shoe coverings when in my house. He was quick and efficient checking both my heater and AC.

Caleb arrived promptly, He diagnosed problem with 17 year old water heater and recommended replacement tank. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Good attitude but would prefer that he be wearing mask while during discussions.

Anthony PCH did a excellent job of cleaning the main drain and examining the main line. Zach review and recommendations were what the prior repairmen and what I had researched. I would use Anthony PCH for any other work I might require.

They were on time, let us know they were on the way. Explained what they were going to do first. Took care of the hardwood floors-wore protective shoe covers. Worked very skillfully and finished in a timely manner. Explained everything to us and left everything very tidy. Good job!

The 2 guys that provided a rough estimate were friendly but I have a few pieces of feedback for Anthony as a company. The first is that if there is a general ballpark figure you can quote over the phone (which the 2 guys that showed up we’re able to after asking 10 min worth of questions), then I would do so in order to save your potential customers the hassle of making an appointment only to find out the cost of your services might far exceed their budget (as they did in my case). I would also encourage you to be more mindful in general when sending techs out to someone’s house during a time like this with the pandemic we are in - if there’s a way to estimate a service over the phone like the 2 techs did for me today (without even looking at the area we were wanting to install a system for), I would recommend you do so in order to save everyone time and to not put your staff or homeowners at risk for no reason.

Very smoothly. He confirmed my suspicions that the garbage disposal had quit working and was now clogging the drain. He was up-front about the costs and, although it seemed a little high, his work was efficient and he left the area clean and neat. He was even professional about social distancing in this age of pandemics.

Technician was quiet, unobtrusive, efficient. He told me what work was done and the condition of my HVAC system. He dutifully recommended a couple of accessory items for me to consider, but did not “push” them.

Excellent. I have used this company for several projects. You may pay a little more but it’s well worth it.

Anthony sent Mr. Morton yo our house for our annual Spring A/C Tune Up. He did a great job clearly informing us of his process today. I also inquired about an Air Scrubber and he did a great job comparing it to my Healthy Climate UV system. An excellent job of selling without being ‘salesie’. We will be buying one in the next few weeks. He was also very respectful of my property. I would be glad to have him back in my home.

Saw problem right away fixed in no time. Was here in 15min from my call, after 7 pm. Impressed.
