I solicited bids 2 times from Anthony Plumbing Heating & Cooling. The first opportunity was when I first purchased the home in February 2020. The salesman was not interested in selling me what I wanted which was fully variable equipment and a steam humidifier. I was told they don't do steam humidifiers. The quote was way out of line. For such a large outfit, they have a great advertising system and I love their billboards which is what prompted me to give them a try, but value is not seemingly part of the equation, and based on their seeming desire for only easy in and out gigs, I would not trust them for any amount of money. I do not believe I ever received a quote for the plumbing part of the job which would have been for a tankless hot water heater and adding a couple of gas lines, but with the HVAC quote, there was no way as they were not even close to being competitive. The second opportunity was now for issues with our upstairs unit not maintaining temperature on hot days. The salesperson came out and had ideas, but when he went back to the office, he called the next day and said we think it is the HVAC units and wanted me to pay them money to certify the brand new units before they would even provide an idea of how to address the ductwork problem. Not impressed with their tactics based on my experience with three of their salesmen. I've solicited multiple bids and they all feel some duct modification is necessary, so Anthony has struck out again looking for easy money. This home has 2 units and maybe they saw dollar signs looking at the house, but I had a budget being I just bought the home and experience buying HVAC units in the past, and these guys don't pass my sniff test.

Mike was fast and did a super job. The new shower head is perfect.

I’ve used Anthony Heating & Plumbing for close to 8 years. They’ve replaced heating/A/C and water heater. They also have done some plumbing, fixed a sump pump issue, installed new PVC pipes for better flow and do annual general maintenance on my A/C and heater. They are punctual, friendly and clean. A few of my neighbors began using them.

Although this is nobody’s favorite repair, Zack made the experience as relaxed and painless as possible. Very easy to talk to, and explained everything they were doing. The trenched area was compacted, reseeded and covered with straw. Friendly and Professional.

Installation was prompt and complete in a single day. Challenges that arose were overcome in a prompt manner!

Parker is a true professional. He went right to work. When completed he explained what he did what he found. Anthony’s is a very responsible business. Parker was punctual and respectful. Kudos to Anthony’s for hiring such talented and exceptional technicians.

John was very fast efficient a friendly, really knew his stuff when evaluating our system and made some recommendations. Did not try to up-sell additional services that weren't needed. Would certainly let Anthony work on my home again

I requested Cesar (with Anthony Plumbing) come back to do a toilet installation because he had recommended a replacement the last time he was here. I felt he was professional, and knowledgeable, and now that the installation is complete, my confidence in Cesar's ability was justified. I have used Anthony Plumbing Heating Cooling for years. They replaced my central heat, later my central air, and recently replaced all the old cast iron pipes in my 60 year old home. I trust this company to stand behind their work. Plus, every technician they've ever sent out have been top notch.

Arrived on time. Work done as prescribed. Extra tree sap on outside unit cleaned up nicely by technician. Changed filter for me. I am very pleased with work.

Derek and Garrett were awesome! Professional and advised us about everything they were doing! I would definitely call them for our next plumbing needs!

There were a couple of issues I wanted him to look at. He did address and resolve those issues. He also gave me some information which should help in extending the life of our heat pumps.

Just had my annual AC tune-up done. Anthony PHC is super easy to deal with - very responsive on phone, excellent communication and reminders about appointment. Today's technician, Eric, was great, answered all my questions.

BEWARE. Anthony PHC replaced an A/C capacitor for $678. Others in my neighborhood had this same service done by others for between $200-$300. The tech did come out at 10pm, so I expected to pay a bit extra. However, this price was outrageous and I will never call them again for service.

I purchased a new A/C and Furnace along with a service Contract Program from Anthony PHC. The Service Contract serves to protect, preserve efficiency and longevity by maintaining the units, which by the way was breached due to negligence over a period of six years and approximately 15 service appointments or more over that period .I paid $7000.00 for the Units $200.00 annually for the Service program. There is a Condensation pump that came with the system that the service techs over the years never serviced (6 years) and approximately 15 service appointments or more over that period, causing water to backup, corrosive buildup that destroyed a motor on the system that I paid them 340.00 to replace, Water buildup corroded the coil, damaging it and it leaked Refrigerant and failed eventually as a result of dust, soot and other airborne particles coupled with humidity. The issues arose in 2017, and from then until now I have had sought resolution through every avenue possible, Phone, in person, electronically and all that I get is put off, excuses, shuffled back and forth between company associates. and ultimately ALWAYS A SALES PITCH for a new unit. Spoke with four different people on June24, 2020, and as for now, which has been the case for several months I have been disrespected, disappointed and personally degraded by this entire experience

Nick did a fantastic job. I can only assume he has received some special training on customer service skills because of how consistently attentive he was. He was excellent at communicating what he was doing and why as well as listening to my concerns and providing responses using his education and experience. Along with this, he was very conscientious about been using the appropriate techniques to be health conscious and leaving my house exactly as he found it. I couldn't have asked for better service call.

technician thoroughly checked upstairs (kitchen, laundry, main floor and upstairs bathrooms) for a leak in a finished basement and determined there was no leak--it was probably ground water from a disconnected downspout. So, he promised a free return within 30 days if we need a further look to punch a hole in the basement drywall. $129

Excellent. Service part of my annual hvac contract. Chris is a very knowledgeable technician, with great customer skills. He is especially adept working on older hvac systems.

TJ was very friendly and professional. He did a great job explaining the issue and the fix options. Toilet was installed same day we called.
