Description of Work: Said he would be out that day and was, really appreciated that he asked me some questions before his arrival just to make sure the visit was necessary. Quickly replaced broken part and diagnosed broken fuse in panel. I was told that he was going to his warehouse and would let me know if he had a replacement part available. Didn't have one, but went over with me what to get, would use him again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Angie!

 + -1 moreWhen my ac unit stopped working i called to make an appointment. After apologizing that he would not be able to get out to me for another day he preceded to diagnose the problem over the phone and gave me detailed directions on how to fix the problem. My ac works perfectly now!!

After I explained the issue when I called to schedule the service appointment, the representative gave me a solution to try and it worked!

 + -1 moreThe experience with Suburban Heating and Cooling was very good. They explained what they were doing to my furnace. He suggested some things that would improve the longevity of the furnace. It was good. I was very impressed. It is an older furnace and he suggested to watch out because it was kind of on it's last legs.

 + -1 moreHad them out to look at our AC. We thought that it may have gone out. After their review, it was identified that the damage should be covered by our home warrenty. Their suggested services were EXTENSIVE. The result, with the contractor our home warrenty sent out was minor. We didn't go this route; but had we, I believe it would have been costly. We still had to pay for their visit and consultation.

He is honest, knowledgeable, hard-working, gets the job done in a timely manner, explains everything to you, and he doesn't charge based on where you live (Southern Johnson County prices). He will even tell you where to buy the special filters at a cheaper rate (half the price)
