The issue came in when we explained that we had another bidder coming out. He became a bit agitated, kept telling us that he couldn't guarantee the price after the 30th. I explained that we never go with a single bid and always request multiple bids and that I understood he couldn't guarantee the bid after the weekend. I became uncomfortable with him at that point and we finished our contact. I have heard nothing more from them since and went with another vendor

I would hire this company for a future job.

They did an awesome job! They explained everything that they were doing while they were doing it. They told us how meany people they would send to do the job and even gave us information about the home that we did not know about. The clean up was great and I have no complaints with their service. The price was well worth it for the quality of work and I would recommend them to others.

Their installation is guaranteed so if something goes wrong they will come back to repair it. We did pay a little more but we got exactly what we wanted. We really like the awning, it's high quality, and looks beautiful. The men who installed it were very professional and worked efficiently. It took them about an hour to complete the job. The salesman was also really nice and informative. They are a local company which I like. I have nothing but good things to say about the service. It did take about a month for them to get it manufactured and delivered. Once it came, they called to schedule the appointment.

The guys did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend their service. We really liked the salesman. The installers were quick, efficient, and explained everything. They cleaned up well and I nothing but great things to say about the service.

It took three days to complete job. The first day they sent out about five guys because they had no other jobs to do. The next two days they brought three people. They were very neat and cleaned up well. Everyone was nice, friendly, and professional. The work turned out great!

They have good products and they stand behind their work. I use them because Toby Tobin recommends their service and he is a reliable source. It is easy to schedule the appointment, they are always on time, and the service is perfect. The price is more expensive than others but well worth it for the quality of work.

The service was good and I was pleased with the work. I thought the price was comparable to others and well worth it for the work performed. However, I did not like that they continued to call me after the work was done to ask if they could do the remaining windows. We were not planning to have that work done and I explained that, but they still followed up.

All Alenco who worked on this project were very professional. Alenco arranged to have the outside electrical outlet installed by an electrician, and installed the shade. One stop shopping made it easy for us. There was one glitch as the the manufacturer did not cut the material correctly, so a seam was visable through the window. Alenco contacted the company and found the Manufacturer had made the error. Alenco left the incorrect shade installed and we were able to use it during the heat of the summer. Payment was made to Alenco after correct shade was installed. Adam, our salesperson, was wonderful, as were installers. They cleaned up all messes, and removed trash. I would not hesitate to use them again. We had contacted another company, and they asked us to measure the windows. So glad we chose Alenco.

Original estimate/plan was for a roof to be added to the gabel at the back of the house. Due to the window at the top of the wall the engineer did not feel that a roof could be supported without major adjustments to the house. Chris came back to my house and went over other options and choices. I decided to go with a pergola attached below the problem window and we adjusted the financing for the project. I am thrilled with my new pergola and am amazed with how great my backyard looks now. Our neighbors have even told us how great it looks.

Joe was the salesman that presented the product and service. That took a bit longer than anticipated but he seemed to have a good product and company to back it up. We liked the fact he brought a "cut-away" sample of the window frame, so we could see what we were getting and that the company had a showroom we could visit, which we did. The company called the day prior to scheduled installation, stating they had some "trouble with a truck" and needed to reschedule. This caused only a one day delay in installation. Installer arrived on time, was experienced, efficient and left the basement clean. We understood from Joe that all installers were company employees, but our installer was a contract employee who has been contracting full-time with the company for 17 years.

We loved the customer service, and once they are finished with it, and if you have any issues, it is hard to get a hold of them. We realised a week later that how they put the siding, wouldn't allow us to open our windows, as they open outwards. We are still trying to get a hold of them to come and fix that. The approximate cost was around 23,000 Dollars, and we realized that this was overpriced. This was because our friend was getting siding done at the same time, and they ended up getting it at 8 to 9,000 Dollars cheaper than what we paid. When we first did it, they were here every day, but once the project was finished, they were gone. They would be here early in the morning, till the sun started to go down.

The insulation and work was good, but the salesman was not to my liking at all. The salesman was very ill informed and always transferred me to someone else. He was very demeaning to his competition. The windows and the actual service people were great, but the sales man left a bad taste in my mouth. If I ever call them again, I am making sure I don't deal with this guy!

The guys from Alenco are quick and honest. They are very professional on what they do. There’s no real upset to my household. They were just great.

The work performed was done well. Just would like them to honor my request to NOT CALL me.

Did not use them. Got three bids and their price was more than twice the other two. Researched shopping for windows online and could not justify the difference in price.

Our experience with them was excellent. They came out and gave us an estimate. The windows were installed when they told us they were going to be. The installation was excellent, and the cost was right on the estimate. The cost was high, but it was extremely high quality also. So, you kind of get what you paid for. We knew it would be higher, but we had shopped around and decided we liked their quality so we were willing to pay the higher price. We would definitely be using them again because we have four more windows that need to be replaced.

I'm very happy with the windows. The installers had to come back out to fix a minor issue. No questions asked.

They did a great job in a professinal manner. Our utility bills went down by 25 plus percent during one of the hottest summers I can remember. The winter bills seem to be down so far too!!!

Alenco was doing work in the neighborhood and I requested a quote for 6 windows. Salesman was prompt and provided me with options to fit into my budget. I liked that he did not spend hours showing me miniature windows and talking about how the windows were constructed. Expectations were clearly set on how long it would take to build, deliver, and install my windows. WIndows were installed on the day scheduled with no issues experienced. All personnel I encountered were professional and worked efficiently. I am very pleased with my new windows.

The installation team was very efficient and provided a professional installation. All of the windows raise and lower nicely. During the visit, they performed a replacement of the lift rods of a previously installed window that had the incorrect rods installed from the factory. That window now works effortlessly as the rest of the windows. The glass that I chose was 2 panes of low e2 glass with Argon gas filler. All of the windows are working nicely in keeping out the cold during our recent nightly temperatures of 13 degrees. I recommend Alenco for replacement windows. As with all replacement window companies, barter for the best price.

Alenco did exactly what they promised to do. They arrived the morning they said they would and installed it completely in the amount of time they said it would take. That includes the fact that they had to quit early one day due to the temperature dropping. They still had the siding on by the date they had promised it. They just had to come back the next morning to finish the clean up. One of the reasons we went with the Siding being offered by Alenco was the warranty which we tested out last year. The warranty was a lifetime (for as long as we owned the house, and 25 years if we sold the house). After multiple hail storms over the years and the siding standing up to it and still looking like new, we finally had one that produced baseball size hail and the siding got two small cracks in the front of the house. Alenco came out and replaced the front siding free of charge (parts and labor) with the exception of the flashing around the garage. The lead installer who came out and replaced the siding was the same installer that was lead when it was originally installed in 1998. Again the job was started and completed when they said it would be and was done beyond my expectations. The installer even made a suggestion to remove some of the flashing and replace it with more siding which he did with some of the extra siding that they had left over. All in all, both the original and the warranty work were done professionally and have exceeded my expectations.

They were outstanding. They did a wonderful job. I used them previously and they did a beautiful both times. They are friendly and easy to work with.
