Chris came at the appointed time and after looking at the door, told us what he needed to do to fix the problem. After agreeing on the amount, he got his tools out and went right to work. In a short time he let us know the door was fixed and explained what he had done! We could easily close and lock the door and that is a big relief! Chris gets an A++ for today's repair. Excellent! Steve and Jason did perfect work for me! Their attention to detail, and to protecting wall to wall carpet and furniture, was meticulous. These guys are true pros. Another bonus: They are conscientious and personable and you will feel comfortable having them in your house, even when you're not there. They even noticed a doorknob was loose and tightened it for me. Nice touch! Next paint job: I'm hiring these guys back!

Laurel(the owner) came out to give us an estimate. She was polite,prompt and answered all of our questions. The bid was fair and the work was excellent. Chris did an outstanding job on our ceiling that leaked thereby causing it to be dry walled and sculptured to look like the rest of the ceiling and matched the paint. One wouldn't even know a leak had happened, his work was that good. The deck boards are now very secure. We will use this company again. They were on time every day and clean up was good.

It went great. Chris did a great job, was very professional, and courteous. Would definitely hire again.

I would rate them a ?B? in everything but clean up, that would be a ?C?. The reason for that is, they did a real professional job, the installation was fine. On the clean up, on the blanket they put down to protect the floor, we have hardwood floors. There was a white material on that blanket, I don?t know what it was, it wasn?t paint. I noticed that. Then after they left, I noticed foot tracks of this white material and I am thinking, oh my god, this is paint. There were several footprints in the hardwood floors. I thought, all man this is going to be terrible. My wife gave me some kind of floor cleaning device, some kind of mop and it came right up. I had to use a little bit of elbow grease, but that is why I?m rating them a ?C? on that. The good news, it came up, otherwise, it would be lower than that. They also left a ladder, which they haven?t come after yet. Now I already talked to the owner about these problems, so it?s nothing new. I would use them for certain things. I don?t think I would use them again for this.

Installation was perfect and John performed in a professional and courteous. He was more than a handyman, he was a perfectionist. Very pleased with the entire project. This company will be my go to for further projects.

Had old really leaky doors on my house. 1st hired a guy from Thumbtack. Total hatchet job destroyed my trim and still had leaky doors that were not square. Awful. Found Handyman Matters on Angieslist and gave them a try. Chris the installer was very detail oriented and did a complete redo of the doors. Doors fit tight and we are happy. We had a small bit of air intrusion on one of the doors that we noticed a few weeks after the install. Called Handyman matters and they had someone out the same day and fixed it perfectly with NO FUSS. They stand behind their work. So many bad contractors out there. Thank you Chris and Jeremy. My wife and I are extremely happy.

The handyman arrived alone, required my husband's assistance to find the leak and his caulkwork was sloppy.

Everything went great. Chris was excellent to work with. He came on time every day, prepared for the work that was to be done and did a great job on whatever task was to be done that day. He kept us informed of the progress throughout the job. If something wasn't done right, he redid it to our satisfaction. Overall, excellent work!

I think they did a fine job. Not great, not bad. Just fine. Nothing in particular stood out--they did the job, I guess.

We are very happy with it, we haven't compare it to anybody else deck but they put in a completely cedar deck they referred to as top of the line cedar I don't know about cedar grading and my wife and I elating with what they did.

The work was great. They are higher than some others, but they carry liability insurance and there people are vetted. We are next door to my daughter that has 5 children and comfort is very important to me. Their people are awesome and are on time. I am hiring them again.

Andrew was punctual, nice and professional. He did a excellent job on all the projects I had scheduled for that day. I was also notified one day before when they found that the job before mine would run longer than they originally estimated and they had to push my schedule an hour later. I was home most of that day so that worked out without problem. Believe me , I had dealt with other handymen business who would not show up on scheduled time and did not return your call or text either. So I was happy that they show their appreciation to customer's time by notifying the customer ahead of time of any changing of schedule.

Bryan showed up on time, went through the list with me and then started to work. He had to go to 2 different places to get the correct parts needed and he completed all the items on the list. He was polite and professional.
