 + -1 moreBob didn't call me the night before. When he called the day of and I told him exactly what I needed done, he had to swing by his office to get a bigger ladder and was 30 minutes late. Overall, the work that was performed was done correctly.
Description of Work: I had them come out to install water filter system under the sink and on the refrigerator. I also fixed a ceiling light that was too high for me to reach.

THE NEXT DAY THEY CONTACTED ME TO APOLOGIZE AND CORRECT THE PROBLEM. THEY AGREED TO SEND A SERVICE PERSON AT MY CONVENIENCE (THEY CAME OUT ON A SATURDAY MORNING) AND GAVE ME A ONE-HOUR DISCOUNT OF THE FINAL BILL. THE SECOND SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WAS ON TIME, DID A VERY GOOD JOB, AND WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PERSONABLE. THE COMPANY'S COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OBVIOUS AND I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WORK. I THOUGHT THE PRICE (WHICH COVERED PARTS AND LABOR) WAS REASONABLE AND THE BILL WAS COMPLETELY ITEMIZED.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY RE-INSTALLED A TOILET AND SINK WITH NEW HARDWARE AFTER I FINISHED DOING MY OWN TILE JOB.
