He was very nice and came out in wicked cold weather and snow to get the job done. The feence looks very good and I have no issues with it. I would hire him again.

I was very pleased with the service I got all-around.

The soffitt had blown off on labor day, I called, left message, they called me back first thing the next morning, had someone there 2 days later, they were right on time, did a great job, and the cost was reasonable. I was very impressed with the response time and the cost, the work was done well, the soffitt is still right where it is suppose to be. I will definetly call them again with other projects that come up.

Two different repairmen - one on 12/23 & one on 12/24. First repairman on 12/23 forgot to repair one place I had asked and it wasn't caught until after he left. He was leaving town that day so he couldn't come back. The 2nd repairman fixed the hole the next day and finished up the work.

It went great! Greg was punctual and did excellent work. He kept up a busy pace all day and got the work done. I will definitely use Handyman Matters and Greg again.

It was fine. The guy who came took a lot of care. He took time to explain what he was doing and the materials that he was using that he thought were the best. I appreciated that.

It is fine. My husband was the one who worked with them. They were pleasant. The only thing was that on the light fixture that was installed over the island it was not centered. There was florescent fixture above the island previously and I wanted a regular hanging fixture. When I came home I asked my husband if they told him it wouldn?t be centered and he said no. He said they were very nice and cleaned up after themselves. I had also asked them to run a cable TV line into our bathroom and they didn?t feel comfortable doing that. I wish they would have told me that before I hired them. The other items had no issue with it. On the light above the sink they had to cut something to make it fit and I really appreciated that.

Very responsive--next day appointment when I called. Greg called 15 minutes before target time to tell me he would be a few minutes late because he needed to pick up a tall ladder. Greg's knowledge of all aspects of my issues was very impressive. He was the ultimate professional, very polite. Wasted no time in getting down to see what the problem was--even climbed onto the roof to see behind the gutter to ensure he got to the root problem. Very creative problem solver (e.g., he cut the 12" soffit to make 6" siding after checking thickness to avoid having to go downtown to search for old siding). He took extra steps to make the newer paint blend with the old faded, oxidized paint. It was so obvious that he has such broad and high level of skills. The end result more than met my expectation. I am thrilled with the result. Great value for the price.

They have very reasonable prices They always called us prior to showing up and were always on time. They always did the work right and on time. When they left, everything was cleaned-up.

They did a really good job and were very easy to work work. The price was reasonable and had great ideas. They are very honest and clean. They also clean up after themselves. They would stay late to make sure items would work. On one occasion, they stayed later to make sure a water heater worked. Unfortunately, it did not. They went out to a local Home Depot and purchased a new water heater, installed it, and made sure it would work. I definately felt this company went the extra mile for me.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the appointment setter and the repairman, Steve, that did the repairs. He was very efficient and the quality of his work was excellent. He even went above and beyond the call of duty and offered to paint the newly replaced facial boards, at no charge, so that I would not have to go buy paint and do it myself later. I will definitely use them again and have referred them many times to my friends!

There's nothing about this company I do not like. They finished the job in a timely manner and the price was comparable to other quotes. They are very nice and they always cleaned up after themselves. It was a very nice experience, I left one day and came home and the job was completed. I thought they were very professional. The owner actually took time out of her day to come out and inspect the work.

In every way it went beautifully. He was there when he said he was going to be. The workers were very professional and they got it all done in the time they said they would. They also cleaned up after themselves. I would use them in the future.

The Handyman arrived, we went over the project together, he was prepared and did the work quickly and efficiently. He went over pricing with me beforehand, so I knew what to expect to pay. The work Handyman Matters did fixed everything that I needed done! I'll definitely use them again!
