Jeff came early, was very knowledgeable, solved our problem promptly and really knew his craft. This will be the company I hire if I need a new garage door!

There were a lot of issues with this company. First did not show up when supposed to, then incorrect part ordered. Had to sign a a contract where there was not place to sign it did not even say contract. Also.... the salesman did not follow through and do as he promised. It was like the left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing. Then there was, the installer who did not pick up after himself there were nails on the ground. He dropped things on the floor and never picked them up. Yes my garage is not the cleanest, but come on, I did not need to clean up after a contractor especially when I share with him where the garbage cans were and even provided the broom and dustpan. They did try to make good on the order/installation and yes they did give me a good discount, but I still have to hire a handyman or someone to finish the job. As I said they did try to pacify me, but nothing they could do will take the negative feelings I have. Please be careful if you do hire them. Make sure everything is in writing and you confirm with the scheduler when to expect the installer.

The installer was courteous , knowledgeable and efficient. He actually called about 2 hours early and who'd up shortly after that, still apps 2 hours early. The job was expertly accomplished, and I am completely happy with it.
