They cleaned out the squirrels nest and did all the insulation quickly and thourghly . I am very satisfied with their work and have recommended them to other potential users.

They were great. The manager Billy was great, he called the workers back and they were here longer. I felt that I got what I paid for because of him. They had to come back twice because they didn?t get a tall enough ladder. Also, the owner was out of time so he couldn?t answer my questions. The office manager was great in answering all my questions. Billy and the office manager makes it so we will hire them again when we get new insulation in our attic.

came out to do the evaluation and thermal camera scan. They did not find any major problems when they did the whole house scan. There was just some minor situations that didn't need to be addressed at this time. They looked in the attic and found out that there needed more insulation blowen in the attic. They came out a couple days and put extra blowen insulation in the attic. They did an excellent and professional job for the price that they charged.

ALL the people that I dealt with, Keith , Josie , Mike were extremely pleasant and very professional to deal with. I tested all their skills based on a mis-communication on the arrival time and the lack of a phone call to me to advise me of the delay. HOWEVER the information on the work order stated it was a vacant rental property and the installers were'nt made aware I was on premises waiting for them. This is when Josie and Mike first met me and I am sure they didnt think much of me but they handled the situation perfectly and satisfied me completely by making me feel like a valued customer Thanks for that Josie and Mike. Ok nuff bout them, Tyler and Adrian were the crew on my job and did a beautiful job and more importantly acted like they cared about what they did and that I was happy with it they provided a quality install and used quality products. Good craftsmanship Thanks guys!! I would Recommend These folks wholeheartedly and would use them again in the future. as a matter of fact I am going to on parents house performing the same services.

When I was ready to do the whole house air leak seal, I also asked for an estimate on the attic insullation and other items I needed for energy saving measures. Larry came out and gave a great estimate that was much lower than the ones I'd gotten elsewhere. The crew that came out to do the work were very prompt, professional, helpful and a pleasure to have in my home. I told them I couldn't find the attic access point inside the house and he suggested looking in my bedroom closet. Discovered the access point which had no cover, just an open space under the dropped ceiling tiles!!! They made a new cover/door for that and installed it after the attic insullation was blown. The work went great. They were very clean and left no mess whatsoever.

They did a great job communicating when they would come and the installation was no problem. We have since signed up for another job with A+ insulation. They are great.

Representative initially reviewed our home to identify windows to be caulked, doors to be weather-sealed and electrical outlets to be insulated. Identified number of ceiling opening to be sealed from attic and estimated additional new insulaton. Crew arrived on time and immediately went to work. All work was professionally completed and crew was polite and attentive. Only glitch was when on wo the workmen in the attic fell through the ceiling. They immediately called in someone to do a rough-in repair so they could complete the work in the attic. This was followed by another workman to do a finished ceiling repair. When the tecture in the newly repaired area did not match the rest of the ceiling, the company immediately contacted another professional to come in and match the texture. This work was very professional. Still, the repair was evident due to difference in coloration of repaired area and other ceiling area. The company then arranged for a professional painter to come in and try to spot paint the area to match. This did not work either, so the painter will return to pain the entire ceiling. I have been very happy with the company's patience and professionalism throughout this entire ordeal which has gone on for nearly 4 months (due to scheduling issues with drywaller and painter as well as homeowner vacation, etc. The company has been very good in following up with usregularly to ensure that the repairs are completed to our satisfaction.

The job went very well. Crew was punctual & professional. Carpet & wood flooring was covered with protective plastic. Specific areas/description of job was discussed before work began. A superfluous charge of an item (I had a choice of 2 options and was initially charged for both) was brought to my attention & it was promptly removed from the bill (appreciated their honesty; an error I would not have noticed). Areas insulated were completed in a timely/clean/appropriate manner. The crew cleaned up after they completed the job.

Very personable and easy to do business with. They were punctual and friendly. Guys you didn't mind running in and out of your house all day. They explained their work to me when I stuck my head in, and I wish them safe days as they work in our attics on such hot afternoons as these.

Went just fine they did a great job

Overall they seemed to perform all they contracted for. The salesman Elliot was very professional and quite pleasant to deal with. I marked down on punctuality due to the fact they had truck troubles. They called to inform . When they arrived they went right to work, with much preliminary to protect the floors, walls, clothing etc.. They had trouble with the "blowing machine" and had to wait for another to arrive. I feel this was not in their control and did not cause us any great problem. I am sure it cost them money for these unfortunate incidents. Two problems: (1) Spilled foam on new concrete driveway (2) Two can lights would click off Mike came out and worked very hard to chemically remove the foam. It is very hard to remove. He then returned and power washed the driveway. I would say he improved it 85%. Obviously I wished it would have never happened, but it did and the solution would never let them park in the driveway, as they were not supposed to do. He brought two can light covers, and that problem went away.

We used them because they were running a special on Angie’s List. They gave us a good estimate, they came out when they said they’d come out, and they got the job done in a timely manner. Everything was good. They worked with us on the price; we qualified their original estimate and they were willing to do that so it worked out. Hopefully I won't have to use them again; this is supposed to do the trick.

The work went well enough. They arrived when they said they would. When the work was complete, they cleaned up. My low score for professionalism was not because they behaved poorly, it was for their capability to consult, and to manage this project without me having to ask and check all the details. I asked about sound insulation on an interior wall, and they told me they did this. I should have asked what materials they planned to use because the thermal insulation used in the attic was blown into the walls. That's thermal insulation not sound insulating material. That is just not right, and it did not work. Overall they did acceptable work and I would recommend them.

The work itself could not have been more satisfying. The two installers (whose names currently escape me) arrived after a minor delay (which they were kind enough to communicate ahead of time) and walked me through what steps they would be taking during the course of their work. A great deal of prep work went in to moving items out of the impact area, laying plastic down to minimize debris from loose insulation and drilling, and addressed any concerns I had prior to beginning. The entire job took roughly 6 hours to complete. Throughout the process, they discovered there was an empty cavity in the wall shared by the laundry room and the garage. The lead installer came to me and informed me that to fill this surprise chamber would cost above what I had been quoted. Together, we looked at the location of the cavity, we examined what was inside (it was totally empty, so possibly a minor expansion project is in order for that room), and the impact it might have to the rooms above if it wasn't filled. In the end, he gave me the honest answer that "Even though I love making money, I don't believe this is worth it to fill". The price quoted for that cavity was very affordable, but the idea that he identified potential room to expand an already cramped laundry room excited both of us, so we decided against it. I am very appreciative of the time they took to explain everything. The only negatives I can conjure are to be aware that you will need to mud over their first layer after they plug the holes (they did indicate that if the holes sink in slightly, this would be necessary). This is fine because we are in the middle of hanging drywall elsewhere in the garage and I explicitly told them to not worry about paint on the walls (they still did an amazing job keeping everything neat and tidy). Overall, the past week-ish of getting to experience the end product is generally positive. The room that doesn't entirely share the ceiling with the garage is maybe a few degrees different from the rest of the house (we keep that and the nursery door closed at all times). The nursery itself and the laundry room both are more temperate than before (honestly even if we had the thermostat set to 72 before this work was done, that room in the winter would have required a light jacket, no question). The room (used twice over the past week) has been chilly at worst, which is a titanic improvement. These guys know their stuff, communicate openly every step of the way, are affordable to the point of "are you sure I'm paying you enough?", and we will almost certainly be thinking of them when we get around to looking at attic work.

We called A+ to look at two spaces in our house that have been incredibly cold during the winter. They were very prompt in scheduling someone. The gentleman who came was pleasant and knowledgable, and give us a quote "on the spot". They scheduled the work promptly and completely it promptly. The crew was pleasant, did exactly what needed to be done, and cleaned-up well. Overall they were our best experience with a service provider this year, and we have had a lot of repair work done in the last six months.

It was a big job and they sent only two installers. However the two they sent were very professional, courteous and respectful since we have a home office. They worked around our conference calls to limit the noise disturbance during those times. They laid down plastic over the carpets and open areas to help minimize the dirt and debris gathering on those surrounding items. After the work was complete in the attic, I was able to inspect the area and provide feedback if I found something wrong. They then vacuumed the areas and moved onto the garage. Over-all we are extremly please with the work and immediately can feel the difference in variant temperature compare to last year. We have had some pretty cool nights and have been very comfortable in the house and have had the thermostat set lower than normal. Great investment and have already noticed an improvement with our heating bill and the it's still very early in the Fall.

When they were reviewing the attic they noticed the duct work was leaking. We contracted to have the leaks corrected and insulation blown in. They were on time and completed the work on time.

On time, professional, cleaned up and I'm a happy consumer.

Prompt quote and service. Overall the crew did a good job. The one mistake was that they had to come back for a second day and they blew the wrong kind of insulation into the kitchen walls --owner deducted a small amount from the bill to compensate. Overall I was pleased with the work though. I wish the owner would have visited the site each day though to make sure the work was being done to specs.
