Doug and Adan were very professional. They listened very closely to what you want and provided updates daily as project progresses. Doug sent pictures of work performed. His foreman, Adan is very meticulous and a very hard worker. A couple years prior, I had someone else build a retaining wall and wasn't pleased. He didn't call to let me know when they were coming out to do the work..they just showed up one day. I asked for drainage installed on inside of walls, but didn't get it. I wanted a curved wall, but didn't get that either. He was cheaper than the other companies I checked out. Sometimes cheap doesn't pay in the long run. Doug and his team are outstanding. You can't go wrong with their work. I had water drainage system installed in back yard, concrete sidewalk taken out and new installed. The only thing I wish they had done was install expand liner between new sidewalk and old driveway/front steps/against house where new concrete was poured. Overall, Doug/Adan did an outstanding job. They have excellent customer service. I would use them again.

I had contacted this business to give me an estimate to perform monthly work in my landscape beds for a home we bought back in the Fall. I don't have a green thumb and wanted to make sure everything was properly cared for and maintained. I called, made an appointment and Jeff showed up as scheduled to see what I have and get a feel for what I was looking to be done. He was very nice and it went well. Told me I'd hear back from him with an estimate. The next day I got a message to call him, Jeff told me he had to renege and wasn't going to be able to do the work we discussed, because their business just landed a big commercial job and so I was out. I understood and was gracious, but in the end, I still would have liked the estimate, because I wanted and needed an idea of cost, so I was disappointed I never got that. Anyway, even tho that didn't work out, he was a nice man, and I did still have a need for the irrigation system to be checked out and to be shown how to work it and set the program etc. Jeff told me he would have Dusty get back to me. Dusty did leave me a message, but it was probably close to 2 weeks later. I in turn didn't get back to Dusty right away either, because I couldn't do anything until my back flow guy came. I had an issue in the Fall and I needed to only deal with the outfit who had been coming to this home for years with the previous owners and who was here in the fall. Once that happened in the first week of April, I called back Dusty and left a detailed message. To this day, he has not returned my call. What did go right was the initial appointment with Jeff. Everything after that was a let down.

Doug was actually the first estimate that I received and I was very impressed with his solution to the drainage problem, but went ahead and received numerous other estimated. if I had just gone with him when I received the estimate in late April, the job would have been done before it started raining every other day and thus, delayed the job. The crew was very pleasant and professional and worked extremely hard. Due to the extent of the water being retained in my yard, they had to hand dig a trench instead of using a machine. When they were nearly done, a huge rain storm arrived and they even came back later in the afternoon to finish the job. I also used had Dusty, who works with lawn irrigation and Total 4 to have him turn on the system and give me advice on what sprinkler heads are needed and which ones could be turned off. In preparation of a patio expansion, he removed some of the unneeded sprinkler heads. He was pleasant and very helpful as well.

We asked 4T to help us with a drainage problem resulting from another company's landscape design. Doug Yanez came out and designed a fix, and Pete and Chris put the fix into place. All were professional and hardworking, and very concerned that we got the best of what we asked for, down to traveling a goodly distance to the sod farm, to ensure we had fresh cut sod vs some that had been sitting around a retailer. I will definitely call upon 4T for future work.

It was a good experience. They came out and went over everything and made it clear what all they would do. They offered suggestions and asked questions. They came and got the job done in a neat and timely manner. They cleaned up very well after themselves and didn't leave anything behind.

The guys did a great job and my yard always looks great when they're done. We've had them mow on and off many times over the last few Summers. They have never been hassled by my request for the occasional mow (when we just run out of time).

GREAT WORK AND ALWAYS ON TIME. ALSO DO COMMERCIAL SERVICE.

LAWN LOOKS BETTER, BUT THEY WERE VERY PRICEY. THEIR OFFICE ASSISTANT WAS NOT TOO POLITE.
