Exceptionally well. They explain what they are doing every step of the way and explain in terms I can understand.

I called up in the morning and they were able to send someone over the same evening. The tune-up took about an hour and the technician went over the things he was going to check. Everything seemed to be running fine. He couldn't pinpoint the exact cause for low air-flow but he seemed to believe it was the capacitor that was running low on charge. We got it changed and we have noticed increased flow in the last couple of days.

I was dealing with the worst possible timings for a furnace to die: temps below 0 overnight, on the week before Christmas, with vacation plans the following week. They were super accommodating---lending me multiple space heaters to get by while they ordered the furnace. They braved my treacherously icy oneway street on a hill on installation day. Friendly and professional.

It was PERFECT! I've used Patrick for many issues on my previously installed HVAC systems, and I've never been disappointed. He's actually saved me money (when I've wanted to replace my older system) by making minor (and very inexpensive) adjustments, when most companies would be eager to put in a new system to make money. His honesty and reliability are just 2 of the many qualities that separate him from the rest of the companies out there!

Eric was very professional and friendly. I really like that he explained eveyrthing he was doing, and also explained how the furnace and heat pump I have work, and affect each other. Fantastic company! Everyone was on top of my phone calls and emails. Installation was to start at 7am and the doorbell rang at 6:58am. Drop-cloths were the first thing down and last thing up. Installation took all day with 2 guys on site. Everything that was vinyl tubing before, PRIDE replaced with PVC. It looks clean, professional, and my A/C is working like a champ. They will be the ones to provide my residential maintenance and absolutely earned a shot at my commercial stuff as well. Thank you!
