+ 1 moreReally enjoyed working with Renew Crew. I like that he communicated with me through text as we went along to answer questions, and let me know they’d be here. When it was done and they came back to put the lattice work back up they even moved all the stuff back up on the deck.

+ 1 morePerfect, excellent, great are few of the words I would use. Matt and his crew did a great job on our deck and porch. Did what they said ,when they said they would and did it in the manor they said they would do it. No hitches, wish everything went this well.

+ -1 moreMatt came out the day I called to give an estimate. They came the following week to do the work, one day to clean the wood and another to stain. We didn't have to be there, they moved the deck furniture off and back on afterwards. It looks great.

Description of Work: Renew Crew power washed and then stained our new 20' x 20' treated wood deck and the overhead structure. They missed a few spots, and so owner Matt and a helper came back and treated those a few days later. In the past month, several white streaks have appeared, which look like the wood may not have absorbed the stain evenly. I texted Matt with some photos and asked him to contact us, since the treatment is guaranteed for one year. When I spoke to him, he explained what he thinks is happening (due to the extremely wet weather, followed by heat, sap is leaching up through the boards), and he will be here tomorrow to fix it. We have been pleased with his promptness and his willingness to correct any problems. We would recommend Renew Crew without reservation.

+ 0 moreThere was good communication as to win the work would start. There was good communication as to progression of work and about delays secondary to the weather. There was a willingness to accommodate should it not be convenient for them to be working here at a certain time. Workers were responsive to issues that came up regarding electricity and water. Project was finished as promised with cost as bid. All staff were friendly.
Description of Work: Washed and repair rough cedar siding of house, washed siding of workshop and porch. Stained all of the above

+ 0 moreEverything went smoothly. They were there first thing in the morning, as scheduled. It was the same two guys for each of the three visits, which was nice. Not everything was put back exactly where it was, but that wasn't a problem for us. The owner was very responsive, usually answering by message and then following up by phone if I didn't respond. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services.
Description of Work: Renew Crew re-stained our deck a few years ago but wear-and-tear required it to be done again. They took everything off the patio and cleaned the deck. The next day, they re-stained the deck, and then came back two days later to put everything back.

Description of Work: Matt and his crew were very prompt and professional. Communication was great! They pointed out the areas that needed to be repaired as well as those that didn't rather than trying to charge me for things that didn't need to be done. They took great care in making sure everything on my deck and patio were completed to my satisfaction. I would definitely use them again in the future.

+ 0 moreAbsolutely great! Matt provided us with an estimate and left it up to us to contact him without any pressure to use them whatsoever. Once we contacted Matt, he put us on his schedule, and was very prompt in doing the job for us. The results were great and our deck looks just like new. We had them put on a special finish on the floor of the deck to help prevent scratches, etc., from dog traffic and it looks wonderful! The rain did end up messing up the finish on our steps, due to it not being dry yet, and as soon as the weather turned nice, they were right there, refinishing the steps. The estimate was right-on and we weren't charge a penny more. Very professional, as well as friendly and nice people to work with. Great service and great results!
