Jo and Doug were FANTASTIC when we were looking for our first home! They were extremely responsive, thought of every detail, and came with so much experience in both real estate and inspections that we couldn't feel more confident in them! Also, Jo is the absolute most amazing agent and person. Months after we closed on our home and moved in, we had a leak in our kitchen that went down the basement, and she immediately responded to my texts and then offered to come over and take a look with her husband. They were there incredibly fast at 8pm on a Friday! Seriously the best customer service of any business I've ever worked with. I couldn't recommend them enough - Jo will be our agent for life!!

They were also very patient when our one-year-old needed attention. Bryan also went above and beyond when the dishwasher sprung a leak after the water was turned on for inspection about a week before we closed. Because the house was vacant, Bryan was the first to notice the problem and was very proactive about it, including setting up his own dehumidifier to help dry the place out.
