We had a whole house re-carpet. Two things that really sold me on Steve above the big box stores were service and quality. First of all, Steve was able to come to our house after we got off work and brought samples to us, he even came over a second time and was very patient with us as we thought of more questions after visiting the big box stores. His customer service and patience are what made us go with his services. Oh he also offered SATURDAY install!! Second the quality of his product - his carpets just felt better then anywhere else we looked!! And now walking around the house barefoot, we could not be happier with his product. Also, it needs to be especially noted how wonderful the installers are. They showed up on time, were entirely courteous and efficient. They even were very careful to keep a door closed where we had shut the pets in to keep them out of the way. I also was attempting my own redo project with a door in the house that very nearly fell on me when I tried to attach it - they all came running to my rescue - certainly not in their job description - just something decent people do, just proof to me of the wonderful team they truly are. I cannot say enough good things about Steve and his team. Certainly recommend them and should we need carpet again in the future - Steve's card is on our fridge!!!

They did 3 rooms, stairway, and hallway, start to finish from 8 AM to 3:30 PM. Professional, and courteous.

Steve was very courteous and responsive to what we needed in our home. His prices were very competitive- and his team did an excellent job. We were able to get a beautiful designer looking carpet for the stairs and a very nice carpet for all of our upstairs. The team arrived on time to install, set to work and had it done within a day and half while working hard the entire time. We prepared ahead by removing items off the floor and moving a few pieces of furniture, but we paid a little extra, and the team did most of the moving and heavy lifting for us. It was well worth it. Steve and his team had replaced our main floor and basement carpet the year before, and we were very happy with it. The carpet has held up very well. We would definitely use this business again and recommend him to our friends!

Big homeowner's project made easy. I give this company an A+. Steve and his crew (Rod and Jason) were very helpful and professional. Prices very reasonable. Nice quality carpeting. Crew moves heavy furniture, hauls-off old carpeting, and cleans up after themselves nicely. Steve follows up after job is complete to make sure customer is satisfied. I would definitely use Steve's Flooring again for future projects.

Installation of carpeting in a new room went very smoothly. Steve's install team, Gary and Roxie, arrived on time, both very efficient and they worked together well. Very pleasant and professional. We recently had a new toilet installed in the bathroom close to where they were working and Gary noted old caulk still present on the tile floor from where the old toilet was and offered to scrape it off. He went above and beyond what he was there for! :-)

Steve and his contractors did a great job on replacing our basement carpet. They were friendly and professional. They finished on time and cleaned up well. The best part is that the price was very reasonable.

I acquired Steve's Flooring Inc. contact information from Angie's List. Steve was very informative and helpful and made my Contractor decision simple by his professionalism. I had planned to adhere a thin carpet over the concrete for a simple exercise room. Steve said they could perform that work but recommended a thin padding and provided samples of a recommended carpet. The carpet samples were just what I was looking for and I really like the padding. The price was very reasonable. With myself and my wife working I was worried about taking time off to be present for the install. Steve said they frequently install without the home owners being present. I am very pleased to say the install looks great and I have no worries. The installation crew cleaned up perfect and locked the door behind them. I would highly recommend Steve's Flooring Inc.

I like my in-home contractors to appear neat, clean, and communicative, and these young men were very good. I also like the "boss" "owner" to come by, which Steve did, making sure the project is going as planned. The installers asked me to come check when finished, and seemed genuinely pleased that I was pleased. Pride in a job well done seems to be dying out sometimes. Steve & his crew were refreshing!

Steve responded very promptly and set up an appointment for that night. The meeting took place at our home so the measuring and selection took place at one time. We met on Thursday and the carpet was installed the next Wednesday. The installers were prompt, effecient, friendly and good at installation. Moving furniture was included. This was an excellent value and I love the new carpet!

I've been using Steve, for years, as my "carpet guy." Every appointment and installation has gone well. His pricing is low, the quality of flooring is as high as you'd like and his approach is professional, yet laid back. Recently, Steve replaced the carpeting in our lower level. 2 months later, we were flooded by the May storms! We reached out to him, again, to replace the carpet. He accommodated our time frame and the installers did a great job. We're almost settled in again and I plan on using him to redo our family room soon. I will always refer him and appreciate his attention to our requests.

On my initial meeting with Steve he was very helpful and very professional, as well as being punctual. I scheduled the install for approx. 3 weeks after our mtg. The installers showed up at precisely 10 am and started work immediately, finishing up at 7 pm and the only break they took was their lunch. I was very impressed with their professionalism and how polite they were and my floors look fantastic! I will be getting another estimate on 07/03/13 from Steve for the remaining 2 rooms and highly recommend Steve's Flooring to anyone that needs carpets/flooring replaced!

My experience was very good. He did our entire first floor, stairs, hallway and upstairs bedrooms. It was an easy process for beginning to end. He was professional, timely and easy to get a hold of. I would definitely use him again.

Steve was always right on time from the first day to get an estimate, to the installers coming, to even coming to for the final payment. A lot of times, little things like that seem to missed by some companies. But we were unsure of what to do with our basement, and he was able to suggest multiple choices that we could go with of only replacing some rooms, vs all for our basement. We were also intersted in "stair carpet" for a higher end look and he explained in good detail on the benefits. the installers were right on time, worked quickly, got everything cleaned up really to almost where we had to do nothing afterwards. I was really impressed.

Steve was the cheapest estimate out of the 4. He was professional and not pushy. He understood my budget and worked with me to find carpet that suited my needs. The only thing I wasn't particularly happy about were the installers. They arrived on time, but didnt communicate with me hardly at all and forgot to do a couple things before they left. They left my house without giving me a walkthrough and asking If i had any questions/concerns. I wasn't happy with that. I called Steve about the issues and they returned promptly and fixed the issues. Overall I would give the experience a B. A+ for price, C for installation experience. But overall everything looks good enough and I would hire them again in the future.

Was going to go with a big carpet company until I had some conversations on FB with friends with told me not to hire this other big company. So I went to Angie's List and I found Steve's Flooring. He had very good ratings and a small business and I like to hire local companies when I can. So I called and left a message and he came out in accordance with my schedule, because I was also getting tile installed in two rooms. When he came over, he was very professional and courteous and gave me a wide selection of carpet samples. I'm going to be adopting a couple of cats in the next few months and my main concern, besides of course, how it looked, was that it would repel stains. He showed me several selections that fit my needs. Since I was also getting stairs carpeted, I had been thinking of carpeting them with different carpet than the hallway and the one room. He came up with a very attractive combination with the carpet I had already picked out. And I paid 1/2 of the price when he was here. So I now have a darker, more patterned carpet on the stairs and a different color on the stairs and one room. It's a very classy look. Since Steve told me I had to get my tile done before he could install the carpet, I set up schedules and I ended up pushing his work back twice. He was always very courteous and had no problems with the reschedules. When I finally came up with a final date, his workers were here within a reasonable amount of time and were very professional and courteous as well. It was two men and the job from start to finish was around 4 hours. Pretty much exactly how long I had thought it would take. They vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves very well afterwords and since I had asked for some scraps after they finished, I had almost forgotten and they remembered and showed me where they had put it (both kinds of carpet) in my garage. I would recommend and use Steve's Flooring again in a heartbeat.

We called Steve, he brought carpet samples to the house, 6 days later the installers installed the carpet. Our only job was to move a few items from the furniture so they could clear the room. Don't waste your time, just call Steve.

Steve's Flooring's prices were very reasonable. They were a good company to work with. They were done in a timely fashion, they helped move the furniture, and they didn't charge us extra for it. They were very friendly. I would use them again in the future.

It went great from start to finish. I travel a lot and my schedule was very difficult to work around, but Steve made sure everything worked out in the time frame I needed. He also made a last minute trip out to show me a different carpet sample for the stairs when I decided to do them differently. He had great samples and an eye for the whole picture, and everything looks amazing. I appreciate his quick responsiveness every time I had a question about anything. Price was very reasonable.

I decided not to do the work. The estimate was low, but I just didn't like the selection of carpet samples he had. He was very responsive and quick, he got there when I asked him to. He was prompt and I really appreciated him doing the estimate for me.

Because I had to finish some painting I put the date for installation out two weeks. The two men (Manuel Torres and his helper) came on the day and time agreed and did a superb job. The room was immaculate when they left. The whole job took them three hours. I was very, very impressed with not only Steve but with the workmen.
