Pipeline Sprinkler Systems

My rating reflects what I asked for versus what I received. I requested that a company provide an estimate for repairing my yard sprinkler system feed line where it exists the back-flow prevention valve. The line had settled and no longer would connect to the valve. I told the contractor it was a 30 minute job at most. They said it would be $80.00 for the service call, which would be applied to the cost of repair. When the repairman arrived, he wanted $250.00 to repair the line. The repair was supposed to solve the problem. However, while he did replace a 3 ft length of copper tube using two shark couplings that made it possible to reconnect the system, he didn't provide a long term fix that addressed the possibility of the line settling further. So, I will probably have the same problem next spring. The repair took about 30 minutes and used two shark couplings and a length of tubing . I would have been happy with $80.00 total for what was accomplished. Next time I'll hire a brain surgeon instead.

I hired them to fix a few sprinkler heads and the turnaround time was great. Very professional. They are very knowledgeable too when it comes to irrigation and sprinkler systems.

They went over and above to get the job done,even working all day Saturday and Sunday. It was more money than I was hoping to spend but the scope of the problem was expansive.

To start off, Pipeline did get me a working system after mine broke. I haven't given them a total failure for a review. Unfortunately, I think there was a breakdown in the initial message from HomeAdvisor. Alex came over thinking he was just turning on a normal sprinkler system. Whereas I had indicated that my system was in need of repair. I should have been leary when they started digging in my yard without having the yard marked for gas, power, phone, etc. It took 1 month from start to finish, and their finish work was terrible with my yard still looking like it was torn up. I do have a working system now. Alex knew I wasn't a happy customer, but apparently he was overbooked, so don't accept the job? I have pics if anyone is interested.

Alex and his crew were very knowledgeable of they performed. They worked until 9 pm to get it done. Will definitely hire him again.

Thieves who ruined my lawn. Will not respond to fix the damage they did.

Alex came and said he could replace 1 shutoff valve for $350 but he could replace the valve box, valve, improve drainage, clean out the mud and dirt, and add gravel for $450. I decided to go with the better service. A guy who looked like a homeless man came and replaced the valve and added rocks from my landscaping to the bottom. Alex came by later, looked at the work and said everything was done. Final cost was $488.

Over all Alex and his worker did a good job on the repairs however, the length of time billed and overall costs were overly high and excessive. I sort of got blind sided. My fault for not getting a repair quote first. By the time I got home from work they already replace 3 valves and ended up with a total of 6 valves replaced. Overall, their quality of work was acceptable but lack of telling the customer of the issues before working on the problem was bad.

We had Pipeline install a new sprinkler system for our home January of 2018. We were very impressed with Alex and his response time. He came out to provide the estimate the following week after we contacted them. The estimate was extremely reasonable. They showed up every day and completed the job in one week. After the installation Alex gave a complete walk thru of the system. We are so happy we found this company and would definitely recommend them.

Quick and efficient. Very easy to work with from out of state. Worked with my tenants and everything went smoothly.

Sprinkler valve burst in freezing weather and was spraying a lot of water (don't know for how many days before we were alerted by WaterOne). Received call from Pipeline Sprinkler Systems that very night, and they were out at the agreed-upon time next morning. They replaced the hardware and winterized the system. Would definitely call again if we ever have a sprinkler problem.
