+ -1 morePete responded back right away and gave me a fair quote (had called numerous handymen on Angie's List and the quotes I received for hanging a mirror were ridiculous...half the cost of the mirror). I was able to schedule within a few days and he showed up on time. He was courteous and worked quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing home maintenance or handyman needs. Have finally found a handyman who is reliable and reasonable!

He was very professional and nice to talk to and did very good work. Would definitely contact Pete again for any home maintenance needs.

+ -1 morePete did an excellent job. He arrived for the estimate on a Saturday morning which I appreciated, since it meant I didn't need to take time off from work. He was very professional and candid, providing an estimate after taking a few minutes to research required materials. He gave me the option of buying the paint myself and saving some cost, but it also allowed me to take my time with the color matching. He returned on the job day and completed everything in just a few hours. I wasn't home but my wife was and she was very pleased with his professionalism. I have no complaints whatsoever and I would definitely hire Pete again for similar work.
Description of Work: Replaced a 2x6x8 cedar board on front of house that had warped. Also replaced 2 sections of an octagon window trim piece that had rotted. Caulked certain locations of interior, including bathroom counter backsplash which was pressed against a wavy wall and presented a unique challenge. Inspected the exterior for caulk and wood rot and fixed several locations. Repainted all exterior locations associated with the repair.
