Description of Work: Our homeowners association had water damage in the basement from a heavy rain. We used John Goehausen and his crew to repair it,,which included moving the air conditioner unit on the outside wall to re-grade and waterproof the wall, install new molding and flooring in the basement , and also to repair/ replace damaged stucco on the exterior. John took great care to do the work on days when the clubhouse was not in use. They did a very good job and I would use them again.

Description of Work: We will be having a sliding door replaced with a window in a few weeks, but we have used John Goehausen as a contractor twice before, once to update our kitchen, and later to replace the master bedroom shower. Both times he did an excellent job, was very pleasant to work with, as were all his subs, and offered very good suggestions for the work we had done.
