The work turned out beautifully. DeMaria measured, provided a quote, fabricated, and installed in less than 1 week and completed the work faster than promised or anticipated. We discussed style for the railings by phone and the railings were exactly as I wanted. I requested a little touch up work on the paint and it was completed within a day. Overally, it was an extremely pleasant experience working with Steve DeMaria and his crew.

This was an excellent experience. We dealt only with Mr. DeMaria, himself. Everything was done exactly as promised. Also, I should point out, that for one of the porches that had intact railings Mr. DeMaria suggested that we could save some money by using our own railings that were up. We chose not to do that because there was a small difference between what new iron was available and our old iron. However he was trying to save us money and Im sure that none of our friends would have noticed the difference. The only criticism would be that it was necessary for me to leave several messages on his answering machine before I first spoke to him. This never happened again after our first contact.

Steve was quick to respond to my request, gave me an estimate the day he stopped by to take measurements and had the guys install ahead of the schedule he originally gave me. Great workmanship and service.

They came by with a truck and had all the equipment to fix the broken part on the truck. They fixed it right there with their truck instead of having to take it away and bring it back.

After signing contract they came back and remeasured including the curved steps to the front porch. About three week later the railing was installed.

It is difficult to express in words how aggravating it was to deal with the owner of this company. I contacted him on the basis of some favorable comments on Agies List. He initially set an appointment, but came when nobody was home. He was specifically told not to come on that day. He submitted a proposal by email which seemed reasonable. He completed the job again when nobody was home and it did not conform to what I expected. He agreed to make the changes and we set an appointment do discuss this. He called prior to the appointment and said he didn't want to make two trips and would bring and install the new piece of railing and correct flaws in the paint job. What he did was not what I understood from the phone conversation. He attached the new piece of rail that is narrower than the upright and it just looks tacked on. His employee badly scratched the rail trying to smooth out the paint. He attempted to correct this twice. He did not prime the surface first. It is somewhat better but not right. He also left a spot unpainted and it is starting to rust. I called him but my call was not returned. They also had drilled two holes in my new concrete in the wrong place and made no attempt to fill them. I do not feel that he communicated well with me regarding the job and in looking back his estimate lacked the necessary detail in terms of materials and design.

The contractor was prompt, showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would. Quality of work was excellent.

It turned out really nice. Had it done within timeframe he quoted. It effortless.

I called and left a message on Ornamental Iron's phone. Mr. DeMario called the next day and directed us to online examples of railing designs on his website. We found the perfect simple railing design we were looking for. Mr. DeMario asked for half down, then ordered the railings. The railings were done in just a few days and the installation was done quickly and professionally. The silver screws in the railing footings that connect the railings to our concrete steps and landing were painted over with flat black paint and the ralings were touched up over each one of the soldering points so the railings look perfect. The railings are very sturdy and solid. We are delighted with the results. Highly recommended!

My husband took care of it. I think he called that company and they were going out of business and they referred him to another company. We were very happy with them. I think they were very pleasant to work with. We are very happy with their quality of work. We've had people comment on the quality of the railing. It doesn't look cheap. I think it was just a very smooth transaction. They were a pretty professional company. They are not cheap but it's worth it. The price is fair. It was well worth the money we spent. We will use their services again in the future.

They did a real good job. We worked on the designs together and it turned out fine. At first I wasn't that pleased because my design was not hard on it but it wasn't their fault. They did a straight railing and down the side of the stoop. It was my fault because I didn't realize and I'm one of those people who will know after seeing it. They were very professional. They came out immediately and did what I asked them to do. They did a very professional job. I checked around to see if I could to get a cheaper bid or not.

I thought it was great. He came out the next day or the day after. He was on time and very professional. He walked through what needed to be done. He sent me an email estimate the next day. I like his product; it's just a little more money than I want to spend. It's the first estimate that I've gotten, so we'll see how the price comes in.

Mr Demaria is experienced and is quality minded. This was a simple job but it went well and we were satisfied with the final product.

They reattached it and it is very sturdy. They were on time and very responsive, they came out the next day. They were very professional and I will use them again.

I hired Steve DeMaria's company to install a fence and large driveway gate four years ago. His team did a wonderful job. Just recently, though, harsh winter conditions had some how caused water to freeze inside the bars of the gate causing them to expand and split. I called Steve and his team responded immediately. They removed the gate, repaired it in their shop and returned it within only a few days. Best of all, they demonstrated that they stand behind their work by not charging for the repair. The gate came back with new bars, new paint and looked like new.

I needed the job done in a hurry and Steve was able to do it. The quality of the work was very good.

Called and talked to Steve. He took my measurements over the phone and gave me a price quote which I accepted. The burglar bars were installed within a week and I was not at home at the time. I was invoiced for the work. The burglar bars were exactly what I was looking for and installed just the way I wanted them done. Everything was done through Steve very professionally and I was really happy with the work. Also, the work was done for $65.00 less than quoted as the installation truck was going to be in the area with another job rather than just coming out to do my work. I did not know about this discount until receiving the invoice. What a surprise!!

This project, and company, was a happy find and surprise. The deck railing was installed within one week of the estimate and measurements. The railing compliments the wrought iron fence and gate on my property. The cost of the project was $1000-1500 less than the other two estimates I received.

STEVE IS QUITE LIKEABLE. HE LISTENS WELL. WOULD HAVE LIKED TO SEE MORE STYLE OPTIONS PRESENTED. WE DECIDED ON A MISSION STYLE. WHILE THE PRICE SEEMED HIGH, ANOTHER PROFESSIONAL ASSURED ME THAT IT WAS COMPETITIVE. VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY. (MY BROTHER HAD SIMILAR WORK DONE FOR LESS, BUT THE COMPANY THAT DID HIS DID SLOPPY WORK.) HE BID THE JOB ON FRIDAY AND INSTALLED THE RAILING ON THE FOLLOWING THURSDAY.

STEVE RUNS A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. HE DESIGNED A CUSTOM GATE AND FENCE FOR MY DRIVE. HIS TEAM INSTALLED IT WHILE I WAS AT WORK, AND I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULT WHEN I RETURNED. I WOULD CERTAINLY WORK WITH DEMARIA AGAIN. THOUGH OUR DESIGN WAS SIMPLE, THEY CAN DO VERY ELABORATE, ARTISTIC FENCING AS WELL.
