dryer vent cleaning
+ -1 moreI was annoyed that twice I arranged to be at home and the contractor did not show up. Steve, the owner, was perfectly nice but I would not recommend their services. They didn't have the courtesy to call me back after the second missed appointment.
Description of Work: This company is also listed in the Yellow Pages under Dryer Vent Cleaning. I called Steve, the owner, and set up a time for him to come and work on my dryer vents. When the appointment time came and went, and the contractor did not show up, I contacted the company. Steve called me back, apologized, and set up a time two days later when he could get someone here. Again I arranged to be home to meet the contractor. Again the appointment was missed. Again I called, was put through to voice mail and have not even received a call back. I decided to look elsewhere for the service.

+ -1 moreThey lied and did terrible work. They charged our credit card without our authorization. No one is answering any of their phones. They did not complete the work that they charged us.
Description of Work: We hired them for tuck pointing and masonry work around the house, as well as the chimney.
