+ -1 moreAFTER OUR INITIAL CALL FOR REPAIR THE SPRINGS WERE FIXED IN TWO WEEKS, BUT WE WAITED 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE NEW CUSHIONS CAME IN. THEY KEPT CLAIMING SOMEONE FORGOT TO ORDER THEM IN.
