Description of Work: Sam Watkins had five loads of top soil dirt delivered, had it spread over 2400 sq ft, used a seeder and applied 150 lbs of Fescue Grass Seed, and 100 lbs of fertilizer. Used an airrator to perforate the ground, and then hand raked the entire 2400 sq ft with the assistance of two additional workers. This project was necessary due to 412 linerer feet of natural gas line installed due to a gas leak with the old line. I am very satisfied with the work Sam and his employees did.
