+ -1 moreSALES PEOPLE WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN HELPING WITH MY SELECTION WITHOUT SHOWING BIAS TOWARD A CERTAIN BRAND. WORK CREW WAS ON TIME AND FINISHED THE JOB ON SCHEDULE.
Description of Work: SOLD AND INSTALLED NEW LINOLEUM FLOOR IN KITCHEN.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAVE A LARGE VARIETY OF QUALITY CARPET AND FLOORING TO CHOOSE FROM. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL IN MAKING SELECTIONS, AND ALLOWED US TO TAKE MANY SAMPLES HOME. THEY DO GOOD WORK, AND IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS, THE MANAGER (WHO I BELIEVE IS PROBABLY ALSO THE OWNER) COMES RIGHT OUT TO CORRECT THE SITUATION. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN EASY TO WORK WITH. THERE ARE STORES WITH CHEAPER SELECTIONS IN TOWN, BUT WE HAVE ALSO PULLED THEM BACK OUT AND REPLACED THEM WITH CARPET FROM DIX. THEY ARE GOOD ABOUT POINTING OUT THE QUALITY LEVEL WE NEED TO HOLD UP FOR A LONG TIME. EVERYONE IN THE STORE IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE FLOOD DAMAGED CARPET AND PAD IN A LARGE MASTER BEDROOM AND WALK-IN CLOSET THIS PAST SUMMER. THEY ARE ALSO THE COMPANY THAT CARPETED OUR ENTIRE HOUSE 13 YEARS AGO, AND WE HAVE USED THEM FOR OUR OFFICE CARPETS TOO.
