He shouldn't have taken the job, he was not equipped to handle it. He came to try and rod it first, could not so he just called an excavation company to come out to start digging up my driveway. I asked the cost he said he had mo idea. I then asked, most companies run a camera to see whats wrong and how much it will cost. He said he didn't have a camera, said he would call a different company but I would have to pay them the day they come. I was fine with paying, so he knew where to start digging. He found a break and had to run 20ft of pipe. The majority of work was completed by the excavating and concrete company. He charged me $1100, $850 in labor. I had to pay excavating $1400 and $1295 to concrete company. My neighbor had to pay $1400 to hook up while thr trench was open. I asked for a detailed bill, he claimed he never did that before. I then requested copies of all the bills before I paid him. He came to my house late to the scheduled time, and smelling of alcohol. I paid him, but wish I didn't. He overcharges, leaves the job site constantly, did nothing he said he was going to do, and he doesn't accept credit cards. He is outdated, and should retire!! Please call anyone else!

It took some creativity on Dales part but he got the job done. We know have a functioning bathroom and bar in our newly finished basement. We are most appreciative of him and his good work and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I used Darrell Denney's services a few months ago. We had a water pipe break in the basement. It is a concrete basement, so they got clogged a bit. There were many water damaged sites that he had cleaned up. The experience with him has been excellent. We have used his services several times. The last time we had to call him was on a Sunday evening, so his availability, he is local. He does a great job. He guarantees his work that if one time he did something for us and still had a little leak later on, he will get back and fix it up. He has been around long time. He stands behind his work. I just highly recommend him.

Had to call twice to get them to arrive. Constractor stated he had inexpensive parts to help lessen cost. Their low cost version is anything but and the water pressure is still not good. Had them out for a second visit and they did nothing nor did they provide a follow up with information as to why they did nothing.

MR. DENNEY WORKS CLOSELY WITH US AND SUGGESTED WAYS WE COULD SAVE MONEY BY DOING SOME OF THE PREP WORK OURSELVES. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID QUALITY WORK.

THEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. THEY ARE ALSO REASONABLY PRICED.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD, WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS.
