Description of Work: We used Chuck's Plumbing & Heating Inc for heating and AC.

Description of Work: They were fixing a leaking faucet for a rental home I own.

Description of Work: These guys have worked for me a couple times rerouting the baseboard heat in my house. Here's how my rating of them breaks down: 1) Price: Excellent. They always come in lower than their estimate and their estimates are always lower than the other guys. On one incident, a boiler failed - they could have charged me $200 to replace it with the same model, but recommended a cheaper one ($50). 2) Quality: Haven't had any problems with their work, their first job was in late 2010. 3) Responsiveness: Okay, they're undermanned and overworked. In the winter, you'll have to schedule them out a few weeks. They'll come out if you have an emergency that day, but otherwise it takes a bit. 4) Punctuality: Sometimes it takes some poking to get estimates, but it's because they're pretty swamped, not because they've forgotten about you. 5) Professionalism: Always courteous, no complaints here.
