Ruined a beautiful 100% worsted wool Ethan Allen rug and dumped it on my porch. Refused to cover the cost of replacement (per the size not quality) and threw an absolute temper tantrum when I told him how much an Ethan Allen replacement would be. Offered me $60 to buy the rug.

They did a great job. They quickly responded and did it at a great value.

I contacted them about cleaning a loveseat with dual recliners for my parents. The phone call setting up the appointment and the rate was the extent of my involvement. They were quick and concise on the phone. They were knowledgeable of the area, concise and confident. They went out to my parents house north of Platte City. My Dad said they showed up did the job and the loveseat looked much better. He was disappointed that there was still a stain, though I'm not sure that any cleaner could have gotten it out. Their rate including travel, taxes, and fees was excellent.

I just moved to the area, rented a dirty property. Called on an evening I spoke to the owner I assume. Real nice pleasant guy, I explained I needed my carpets cleaned ASAP he came out on the date and time we scheduled. Did a great job, I have him scheduled to come out again to do more work.

Chuck Stein was very polite courteous and provided excellent attention to detail while cleaning my basement carpet. He was also able to mostly remove a long-standing rust stain in the carpet. Most of all he did all of this at a very reasonable price. I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend using C & S!!

This was the best experience I have had with a Carpet Cleaner. Stains that were on the rug when we rented the house were removed along with the regular dirt accumulated during the year. The rust stains in the storage room were removed and they must have been there for many years. For excellent cleaning and friendly service call C & S Carpet Cleaning.

My carpet underwent the training, and lack thereof, of two puppies. I figured Stanley Steam was the only chance of saving the carpet (like they advertise on TV). I talked with Chuck on the phone and he told me about the superior method he uses...a power head steamer with brushes vs. Stanley's "wand" that is dragged across the carpet. I had my doubts, but now I'm a believer. My one and a half year old dog now seems challenged when she smells the area she used before and doesn't find a "trigger" smell urging her to "pee here"... she goes outside like a champion. Thank you C & S, my carpet looks and smells as good as new.
