All Season's Concrete LLC

A year or so ago I had All Seasons pour a large patio in my back yard which turned into one of the more miserable experiences of my life. Shawn assured me that I'd get exactly what I wanted and there would be minimal, if any damage to my yard. The bobcats left 1 foot deep muddy ruts in my yard, and the concrete dried before they stamped it, leaving me with a large slab with lines in it (not grooves and texture). After much arguing about the quality, and threats to put a lien on my house, they repoured the patio in two sections successfully. I've since had to re-sod the portions of my yard where the bobcats drove. Shawn is very intentional to tell you what you want to here and agree to anything, but doesn't follow through on requests. Their rates may be cheap, but you get less than what you pay for in this instance.

Started project June 9. As of July 21, this 3-4 day project is still incomplete. Project management is complete chaos and work days/hours are random and short. He was not interested in following the plans to the project and has a difficult time understanding the technical information. After two attempts by himself and his employees we had to go out and layout the project for him. Contractor (Shawn) will not return phone calls and shows up for 7:30 a.m. meeting at 10:30 p.m. (Yes, a 15 hour difference, folks!) Workers also show up at their leisure, working only a couple of hours and then leaving. Shawn is big talk but no action. Says what you want to hear, lies about everything, and has a general disregard for anybody but himself. After down payment, Shawn attempted to weasel $1000 cash from my wife without my knowledge. In negotiations, Shawn threatened physical harm, as he is an ?ex-cage fighter,? which he now has pending charges filed with local police department. After this event, we looked into his MO criminal record in which he has many violations and various lawsuits against him. Kansas criminal record is unknown at this time. Stay far away from this guy; he will bring complete chaos and stress to your life!
