+ -1 moreMy property manager takes care of it. I have used them before because my property manager said that was who I need to use; I do not have a problem with them. I did not pay anything because it was taken care of my property management company. I am assuming they are reasonable otherwise my property manager would not recommend them. The house is 118 years old so I think the ants live in the walls. They came out really fast last year and treated the house; I did not have any problems with any ants until now. I think it is because of the rain and we have also been doing our yard work and we might have stirred up their nest. They are super professional and I love that they are coming out today.
Description of Work: I am using Advance Pest Control. My kitchen has got inundated with ants so they are coming out today. I had used them when I first moved into this house; they sprayed the house.
