I contacted Wyatt per a recommendation from a work colleague. I left a voice mail and sent an email after hours on a Friday, I received a call back within half an hour. Bryan came out the next day (Saturday) without an extra weekend charge to survey the damage, and gave me a detailed account of what was broken and how much it would cost. When I OK'd the work, he came as soon as his schedule allowed and fixed the unit the first time. His punctuality and professionalism was excellent. I received personal service. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in dire need of repair, and fast. When it comes time to replace the unit and heater at the same time, I plan to call this company again, as they instilled trust in their work.

Excellent service and response to a potential major issue for my family. Furnace not operating properly with a forecasted low temperature of 2 degrees F for that evening. This was on a Sunday morning and expected to have issues getting anyone to respond to my problem. Bryan Wyatt (the owner) responded in 10 minutes to my questions and was at my home in 15 minutes to fix the problem. Would strongly recommend Wyatt Heating and AC to anyone in this area - fair prices, professional, knowledgeable, and just a nice person.

We dealt with WYATT HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING in December when there was a slight noise coming from the A/C. He came over but didn't do anything as there was no repair necessary to fix the noise as that is how the A/C worked, so, he educated us on how the system works. He charged us the basic trip cost and did some maintenance job just to make the trip worthwhile. We found him to be very knowledgeable and honest. I would use him again in the future.

Called Mr. Wyatt's service # and he called me back immediately. Had a long phone conversation about furnace options if I wanted to upgrade, and set a date in the very near future for him to come by and check/service the old existing furnace. Brian took his time with checking and cleaning the furnace and was very thorough. He tells you what he is doing and why. When he had to replace a part he showed me the part and told me why it was a good idea to replace it and got my OK (although the cost of the part was very minimal). He gave me some assurances about the safety of the furnace which was reassuring. Brian is very customer-minded, and tailors his recommendation to the customer He does not try to sell upgrades, but does advise on options, even going so far as to advise of future regulatory changes affecting what the customer can buy and its cost. Brian is one of those rare people who goes beyond the call of duty and is honest. If you need service for heating or air conditioning in Lawrence or need an upgrade, Wyatt Heating & AC is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

They came out at 930 at night. They billed us later. Guaranteed the work would be good or refund. They were reasonable and genuine.
