Excellent. The old gutter was removed and hauled away and the new installed. Because of the shape of the gutter and composition of the roof, special care had to be taken requiring extra time. The job was done perfectly and the price charged was the original quote.

Phil was terrific. Work was done well, done promptly, with fair price. Couldn't be happier.

Phil was great! He came out and gave us an estimate and within a week he was here taking care of the job. He gave us all sorts of options and even discussed possible things to correct for the future if we decided to do so. One of things that really impressed me was when Phil found a Dove nest in the gutter he was replacing (with newly hatched babies). He cut out the whole section of gutter and relocated it (nest and all) to a nearby apple tree. At first we were afraid the mother would never come back, but we're glad to report mama bird returned this evening and all are doing well.

In short, he was incredibly generous with his time and received no personal benefit. I trusted him; he wants to do the right thing and do it well.

To label Phil's business as gutter replacement is a great disservice to what he does. Unlike the many other gutter replacement businesses, Phil provides aesthetically pleasing rain water management solutions. He really is a gutter architect. He developed a detailed plan that included removing the "eye sore" gutters from our front porch and re-routing them for more effective rain water management and a significant improvement to our home's curb appeal. While Phil's bid was almost double the other two bids, the quality of his work and the finished product more than justified the added expense. Phil is extremely courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with.

Phil came out to give an estimate. Made a thorough examination and took plenty of time to describe what needed to be done and why. He's a very knowledgeable guy. First, gave me an excellent referral for fascia/soffit repair work. These carpenters were awesome. Once that work was complete, Phil installed new gutters and leaf protection. Both Phil and the carpenters cleaned up after their respective work. It looks great and works great! A very pleasant experience all the way around.

The winter snow weighed down a portion of our old guttering and tore it from the house, but with exterior painting and new siding to be replaced later this year we weren't ready to put up all new guttering around the whole house. Phil came out right away and looked at the damage. He spent considerable time explaining the different leaf guards and options. Even though this was a small job for him he took the time to talk through all of our concerns - you would have thought we were giving him $8000 worth of business the way he treated us. Once we decided on a solution Phil got us right on his schedule and got the work done quickly. He was great to work with - honest, knowledgeable and the new guttering looks sharp. I wish he did more than just guttering as we would hire him for those things too - childcare, brain surgery, transmission repair - he is awesome! Alas he only does guttering - so lucky you if you need gutters you've found your man.

First of all he did the work at my mothers house and I am very pleased. Phil is very knowlegeable and very straight forward about the work he will perform. He did a fantastic job and I would highly recomend him. Excellent communications during the project and went beyond the original agreement. I plan on having him replacing my gutters in the spring.

He is very personable, knowledgable and does fantastic work. He guarantees his product so if there are any issues he will stand behind the work. If there are any questions he will come back and take a look at it for you. We had some standing water in the gutter and he came out and re-adjusted the gutter at no cost.

All of my contact was by telephone and e-mail with Phil, as the rental house that needed gutters was 60 miles from my home. He provided a prompt estimate and recommended color options. He expressed concern about the electrical service entering the home, as he didn't want to be electrocuted! I contacted an electriction, and sure enough the split bolts desperately needed taping. They removed the old gutters and downspouts, installed the new, and hauled all the old stuff away. Phil is a very pleasant and professional man to deal with.

He was great. He is very professional. He has his own company, does all his bidding, and actually does the job himself with another guy. I can't say enough about him. I am extremely happy with is professionalism and their service. I had a couple of bids and they beat them all. I am happy with the quality. He was very responsive and I had no problems with punctuality. I would recommend him.

Our home had been leaking water into the basement during heavy rain storms. Our old guttering system simply wasn't able to handle the amount of water coming off of the roof. Phil from Wilco came out not only give an estimate for replacing the gutters, but took the time to appropriately analyze our roof and take into consideration the areas of our foundation that had been leaking. He recommended larger gutters in a couple of areas and adding additional downspouts or moving downspouts in other areas. Additionally, Phil was quick to point out where he could save us money as well. Example: When a couple of large downspouts were in perfectly good condition, he came to me to show me why I didn't need to have them replaced. Phil and his assistant were extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the science justifying their recommendations and in the end, they were right about everything. We've not had water enter our basement since they installed the gutters. I've not had a better experience with a home improvement professional.
