I called the company and spoke with the owner regarding getting an estimate on lawn service and landscaping design. He came out to the house emailed me an estimate and I accepted the estimate. We had lawn service scheduled for a Tuesday and an appointment to discuss landscaping design on Wednesday. Tuesday evening I called the owner and asked why his crew didn't show up. He responded by email and stated my phone was "out of service" therefore couldn't call me, and that the appt. was scheduled for Tuesday, maybe Wednesday..... Which was not the truth. He then stated that his crew would be there Wednesday morning at 9:00 am. Wednesday morning came and at 10:00 am I called the owner again asking why his crew didn't show up, and asked if he was going to keep his 1:00 pm appointment with me to discuss landscaping design. At 10:30 am I called the owner back and informed him that I was canceling service and the appt. and going with another company. At 10:52 am the owner called and asked me "what's the problem?" I advised him that when I deal with a company and they give me their word, I expect them to follow through with it, and as a customer I should have received a phone call if they were going to be late. His response was that he didn't know anything and he was in a meeting, but that his crew would be there some time today. I stated I went with another company, but thank you anyway. He then hung up on me. This is the lack of ...professionalism, punctuality, responsiveness, and common courtesy you will be dealing with if you interact with this company and owner.

There nice and they listen to you and they don't charge alot.
