+ -1 moreJean Collins at Stephens Real Estate Inc is a sweet person. I keep in touch with her. She works for the buyer and not the seller. She got stuff done in this house that needed to be done. She laid the law down to the vendor. There was another realtor and she told them this is what my buyers want, and she made sure they got it done. We met her at an open house when we were just looking. She showed us some houses, and took us to some that I'd researched. She got everything that I asked for in a house. She is just a fantastic woman. I've handed her cards out to several friends.
