Brian was great to work with. He was very professional and responsive. He consulted with us on which pieces of siding to replace on our house, and he also created a surface design on the front of our house. He gave us several choices and provided a written estimate of the work. The work was done on schedule. The crew was clean and professional and left a clean work site every day. The siding was primed and ready to be painted. Our painter said it was very well prepared and he appreciated it.

Rock Chalk Exteriors installed a Provia storm door for me. Brian first came to my house with a demo door and a Provia catalog, and took measurements. The door arrived about three weeks later from the manufacturer. Brian took two hours to install the door. He was punctual, polite, and professional (work site was cleaned, glass and door wiped after installation). He also explained how to adjust the door closing mechanism and change the glass/screen. The B in the price category reflects the fact that Provia doors are not inexpensive, but they are good quality and come with an excellent warranty. Overall: I am very satisfied with the services provided by Rock Chalk Exteriors.

Brian was responsive to my call asking for an estimate-- calling me back the same day. None of the other siding companies even returned my call. He came out to give an estimate the next day (or thereabouts) and explained that he was very backed up with big projects but thought this would only take a couple hours once he found the right siding and purchased it. It took several weeks given his other projects and the siding purchase but a check-in call from me after a few weeks resulted in him coming by within a few days and doing the job. Looks great. I would call him again, in fact, think I have other possible project for him.
