I just wanted to take a moment to praise the team you sent. Unfortunately, I can't recall the two individual's names but they were absolutely fantastic. The showed up on time, were extremely friendly, and worked their absolute butts off. The house I was living in was difficult to get furniture into when I moved in but they were able to move with unparalleled speed and efficiency. They got in unpacked even faster and were quick to offer to set up a few items, which was greatly appreciated. Best of all, they were completely done in under two hours. This was, by far, the easiest move I have ever done. As a new homeowner, this took a huge deal of stress of my shoulders, both figuratively and literally. I would 100% recommend PDS to any friends and family needing to move. Best money I have ever spent! Thank you!

They were incredibly careful with my things and the crew were very clean-cut and helpful. They packed their truck carefully so as not to damage anything and everything arrived at my new place in perfect condition. They went above and beyond to help make my move go smoothly and I was super impressed with the company. They had to drop things off at two different addresses and were very willing to do that. All in all they made my move as pleasant as a move could be.

They were phenomenal, amazing, and fantastic. They were really great. I would recommend them to anyone. They are a local company, and they just had a lot of really great equipment and I have a lot of weird, old furniture, and a lot of homemade stuff, antiques, and they just treated things really carefully. I have a lot of art, and they wrapped it all up, and they just took care of things really well. They just seem to really like their jobs, and they really seemed to enjoy the challenge of my historic furniture. They deserved their tip.

Chess and his crew were prompt, courteous, careful, and surprisingly fast. Towards the end of the move, we were surprised by a downpour that delayed their work by 1/2 hour. After waiting it out, they finished the job, squared up the bill, and all parties were happy. It is evident that they have a keen awareness of handling a person's most personal, and oftentimes valuable, possessions. This general approach combined with a fair price for this back-breaking work is why I highly recommend PDS Moving.

The guys were amazing! They did everything we asked, with kindness, patience, and extreme professionalism. I will definitely use them when moving needs arise in the future and wholeheartedly recommend PDS Inc Moving.

They did a good job overall. It rained all day long so I kind of expected them to lay down some sort of floor protector to wipe wet shoes/cart wheels on. They were as careful as they could be but I still had to have my white carpet professionally cleaned. Maybe this is partly my fault for not laying down a walkway of towels or something for them to walk on but I expected that they would bring something of their own. The lift gate on their truck stopped working so they had to get another truck. (they deducted the time it took to fix that from my total bill) They also broke a desk during the move, which they did offer me a discount for. The day was not perfect, due to some circumstances out of their control, but the crew was happy and positive which I appreciated.

They were very careful with my items to be moved and I was extremely pleased with their work and professionalism.

When it came down to the mover's arriving (on time!), I was tired and frazzled, and not entirely packed. The three guys who moved me were positive, encouraging, resourceful (how did they pack all of that stuff into one truck?!), and very careful. Everything arrived in one piece. They placed things where I requested, and some places were not easily accessible. They wrapped most of the big pieces in plastic film (I'm impressed). They broke to eat which was deducted from the bill. And talk about polite...wow! I will say that I priced other movers (all of whom quoted the move at a lower price), but went with PDF because of the positive recommendation of a friend who is an interior designer recommended PDS - she told me she has referred a number of her clients to them and only has heard positive feedback. Now she can add me to her list.

They put down plastic to make sure they don't mark up your floors. They wrap furniture also to make sure they don't damage anything. We had purchased a used hot tub. They moved it in a narrow area between two houses.I was so impressed with their team work. They think ahead and are friendly. If you need a hot tub or anything moved, call them!

The PDS staff packed my household belongings (i.e., from a 3,000 sq.ft. house), as well as an extensive collection of over 100 paintings and 25 sculptures. All items were well packed and I found nothing broken when unpacking. During the packing phase the PDS staff handled their work in a professional, thorough manner. The staff also moved all of my household items to my new home. During the move the staff were once again professional, efficient, organized and thorough. I would most definitely call on PDS for any future moving needs.

Overall this was an extremely positive experience! Initially, I was concerned about reliability of hiring moving people since the move had to occur on a specific time table to coincide with the auction date, in addition, it rained intermittently during the entire move. My apprehension was soon alleviated when Chess and his assistant Tom arrived on schedule. They were very professional, courteous, and efficient. I had agreed to pay on an hourly basis and I appreciated the fact that they worked at a rapid pace and did not take excessive breaks. Chess also reduced the hourly rate for drive time for which I was very appreciative. Also, P.D.S. Delivery & Moving does smaller delivery jobs such as delivering one item that is purchased from a store. Their slogan is "No job is too small". In my case I rented a larger truck and Chess met me at the truck rental establishment and drove the truck for me, as well as, loaded, delivered, and unloaded a large volume of items. However, PDS Delivery & Moving does have a 12 foot truck that they can provide, as well as labor. In the future, if I need a delivery or moving service, I will be contacting Chess again. I am one VERY SATISFIED Customer!!
